Company: G Forty Two General Trading LLC
G42 Americas is a global artificial intelligence and technology group with its origins in Abu Dhabi, rapidly growing its presence in the US, Europe and other global markets. We are building a vertically integrated AI powerhouse with an ambition and a proposition on par with the world's leading hyperscalers, spanning AI data centers, hyperscale AI cloud infrastructure and frontier AI applications.
At the core of that ambition is a simple idea: G42 is building the world's AI token factory and AI agent factory, the industrial-scale infrastructure that produces intelligence, and the platforms that turn that intelligence into agents and applications reshaping how governments, enterprises and society work.
As we continue our rapid expansion, we are seeking an entrepreneurial Senior Manager, HRIS to help build and scale our Human Capital technology capability.
Overview:
G42 Americas is building a technology company designed for the intelligence era. As the business scales, our Human Capital infrastructure must scale with it, creating an employee experience that is digital by design, AI-enabled and capable of supporting a fast-growing organization.
We are looking for a Senior Manager, HRIS to lead the delivery, optimization and day-to-day evolution of HR systems for G42 Americas.
This role will manage the HRIS roadmap and core Human Capital technology ecosystem across the employee lifecycle, connecting platforms, data, automation and business processes to create a simpler, smarter and more scalable way of working.
The mandate goes beyond system administration. The Senior Manager will partner with HC leadership, technology teams and business stakeholders to improve processes before digitizing them, introduce AI and intelligent automation where they create meaningful value, and strengthen the digital foundation required for G42 Americas to scale.
G42 Americas is headquartered in Bellevue, Washington. We are in the formative stage of building the company, its operating rhythms and culture, and we value meaningful time together in person. The role will require comfort operating across the US and other global markets as G42 Americas scales its AI infrastructure platform and commercial presence.
Responsibilities:
Deliver the HRIS Strategy and Roadmap
- Develop and manage the HRIS roadmap and supporting technology architecture for G42 Americas in alignment with Human Capital priorities.
- Translate business growth and HC priorities into practical system enhancements, integrations, reporting and automation.
- Maintain clear HRIS standards, governance, release plans and investment recommendations across the HC ecosystem.
- Partner with global G42 teams to leverage enterprise capabilities while ensuring solutions meet G42 Americas' business and regulatory requirements.
Manage an Integrated HR Technology Ecosystem
- Manage and improve systems supporting core HCM, talent acquisition, onboarding, performance, rewards, learning, employee experience and workforce analytics.
- Improve connectivity across platforms, workflows and employee data to reduce fragmented processes and duplicate work.
- Support platform selection and lead implementation, integration, testing and optimization activities with Technology, Security, Procurement and functional HC leaders.
- Maintain scalable integration, workflow, master-data and platform-governance practices.
Enable AI and Automation in Human Capital
- Translate the HC AI and automation strategy into a prioritized delivery roadmap across Human Capital.
- Identify and implement high-value opportunities to reduce repetitive work, improve employee self-service and strengthen HC decision-making.
- Partner with product and technology teams to deliver AI-enabled experiences and workflows for employees, managers and HC teams.
- Apply appropriate human oversight, security, privacy and governance controls to AI-enabled HC processes.
Improve Processes Before Digitizing
- Lead process-improvement initiatives across Human Capital, removing unnecessary handoffs, approvals and manual activity before automation.
- Work with HC process owners to redesign workflows around employee and manager experience.
- Develop reusable workflows and digital patterns that support growth without unnecessary operational complexity.
- Lead system adoption, change activities and tracking of transformation benefits.
Strengthen People Data and Reporting
- Maintain a trusted HR systems and data foundation that enables timely, reliable workforce insight.
- Deliver people analytics, dashboards and recurring reporting across workforce, talent, rewards and organizational priorities.
- Partner with HC and business teams to turn workforce data into actionable insights.
- Maintain data quality, governance, access and privacy standards across HR systems.
Manage HRIS Delivery and Operations
- Manage the HRIS roadmap, delivery plan, budget inputs and competing priorities.
- Manage technology and implementation partners, including delivery quality, service levels and issue resolution.
- Track adoption, employee experience, automation, data quality, platform performance and business value.
- Lead and develop HRIS team members and coordinate cross-functional project resources as the organization scales.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of progressive experience across HRIS, HR technology, enterprise applications, digital Human Capital or closely related disciplines, including experience leading projects or teams.
- Demonstrated experience managing an enterprise HCM or HRIS roadmap and delivering system implementations or major enhancements in a complex or high-growth organization.
- Strong functional and technical understanding of modern HCM ecosystems, ideally including platforms such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, ServiceNow HRSD or comparable enterprise platforms.
- Experience integrating specialist talent and employee-experience technologies across areas such as recruiting, learning, performance, engagement, rewards and people analytics.
- Practical understanding of AI, generative AI, intelligent automation and workflow technologies and their applications within Human Capital.
- Experience leading business-process improvement and change adoption alongside systems delivery.
- Strong understanding of people data, reporting, integrations, data governance, privacy and security considerations within Human Capital.
- Experience managing HR technology projects, implementation partners, vendors, budgets and cross-functional delivery.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across Human Capital, Technology, Security, Finance, Procurement and business teams.
- A bachelor's degree in Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
Our Culture: Founder Mode
G42 Americas is a company for builders. We are scaling at extraordinary speed, and we run the business the way founders do: hands-on, close to the work, biased to action and personally accountable for outcomes.
- Hands-on leadership. Our leaders go deep. They build, ship and own outcomes; they do not simply oversee.
- Founder mode. High ownership, high velocity, direct communication, and minimal bureaucracy.
- Room to shape. The blank canvas and pace of a startup, built on the foundation of an established global business with capital, customers, infrastructure, and world-class partners already in place.
- Build something great. We are assembling a few exceptional people to build a generational company, and we expect everyone who joins to leave a personal mark on what gets built.
