Company: G Forty Two General Trading LLC

G42 Americas is a global artificial intelligence and technology group with its origins in Abu Dhabi, rapidly growing its presence in the US, Europe and other global markets. We are building a vertically integrated AI powerhouse with an ambition and a proposition on par with the world's leading hyperscalers, spanning AI data centers, hyperscale AI cloud infrastructure and frontier AI applications.

At the core of that ambition is a simple idea: G42 is building the world's AI token factory and AI agent factory, the industrial-scale infrastructure that produces intelligence, and the platforms that turn that intelligence into agents and applications reshaping how governments, enterprises and society work.

This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland, helping G42 Americas build and scale its commercial presence across Europe and the broader EMEA market.

Overview:

Develop enterprise demand and commercial partnerships for G42's AI compute offering in Ireland and relevant European markets. Own opportunities from account development through signed agreements and coordinate a clear handover of customer commitments to delivery teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a target account and partner plan focused on enterprise AI workloads, compute needs, buying readiness and commercial potential.
  • Build a qualified pipeline through direct outreach and relationships with technology executives, business owners, procurement and ecosystem partners.
  • Lead discovery with Solutions Architecture to establish GPU and workload requirements, deployment timing, service expectations and acceptance criteria.
  • Prepare proposals and business cases with Finance, including reserved capacity, phased deployment and consumption options where available.
  • Own negotiations through technical evaluation, procurement, security review and legal approval; execute within delegated commercial authority.
  • Maintain opportunity forecasts and give Strategic Capacity Planning reliable demand inputs, separating signed commitments from pipeline assumptions.
  • Coordinate handover to infrastructure delivery and account teams, preserving agreed scope, milestones and service commitments; involve DC Development for facility sourcing.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in enterprise technology sales, business development or partnerships, with evidence of winning new business.
  • Working knowledge of cloud infrastructure, GPU platforms, AI compute or HPC sufficient to engage technical buyers.
  • A record of closing complex agreements through technical, security, procurement and legal review.
  • Strong commercial analysis, negotiation, pipeline management and executive communication skills.

Preferred experience

  • Experience at a hyperscaler, AI cloud, HPC vendor or technology infrastructure partner, with a European enterprise buyer network.
  • Experience selling committed compute capacity and serving customers with data residency or regulated workload requirements.

Success measures

  • Qualified enterprise opportunities progress to signed, deliverable commercial commitments.
  • Demand forecasts are reliable and customer requirements transfer clearly to solution and delivery owners.

Our Culture: Founder Mode

G42 Americas is a company for builders. We are scaling at extraordinary speed, and we run the business the way founders do: hands-on, close to the work, biased to action and personally accountable for outcomes.

  • Hands-on leadership. Our leaders go deep. They build, ship and own outcomes; they do not simply oversee.
  • Founder mode. High ownership, high velocity, direct communication and minimal bureaucracy.
  • Room to shape. The blank canvas and pace of a startup, built on the foundation of an established global business with capital, customers, infrastructure and world-class partners already in place.
  • Build something great. We are assembling a small number of exceptional people to build a generational company, and we expect everyone who joins to leave a personal mark on what gets built.
