ROLE PURPOSE

The role supports day‑to‑day management of Accounts Receivable and Order to Cash (O2C) operations, ensuring accurate billing, timely cash collection of payments, and proper accounting of customer transactions.

The role plays a key part in maintaining strong cash flow and up-to-date customer accounts, while collaborating effectively with internal teams and customers. It requires adherence to established processes, controls, and deadlines to ensure operational efficiency and financial accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Support customer billing and invoicing processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Assist in revenue recognition support and related documentation.
• Perform cash application and accurate posting of customer receipts.
• Monitor Accounts Receivable (AR) aging, follow up on overdue balances, and support customer credit management activities.
• Support collections activities and customer communication regarding outstanding balances.
• Assist in managing customer disputed and deduction management.
• Assist in month‑end closing activities, reconciliations, and AR reporting.
• Provide support for internal and external audits.
• Ensure all activities are completed within defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Times (TATs).

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Educational Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Experience
  • 1–3 years of experience in Finance Operations / Accounts Receivable / O2C
• Skills
  • Basic knowledge of AR and Order to Cash processes
  • Exposure to ERP systems (Oracle preferred)
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel
  • Good communication skills in English and Arabic
