Job Purpose

As the Creative Specialist at Space42, you will be the driving force behind all branding and creative initiatives, ensuring they align with our corporate vision and business objectives. You will develop and execute innovative creative strategies, produce high-quality visual content, and leverage advanced tools—including AI—to elevate Space42's brand identity across all platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end creative development for Space42, including:

    • Designing and producing digital and print collateral (brochures, banners, social media assets, reports).

    • Creating and editing corporate videos, animations, and multimedia presentations.

    • Developing branding materials for internal and external events (conferences, exhibitions, employee engagement initiatives).

  • Ensure all creative outputs adhere to Space42’s brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in messaging, typography, color schemes, and visual identity.

  • Conceptualize and execute innovative design solutions that enhance brand perception and engagement.

  • Manage the Space42 brand asset library, ensuring all files (logos, templates, imagery) are organized, up-to-date, and accessible.

  • Oversee the production of branded merchandise, ensuring high-quality, tech-focused, and creative deliverables.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends in branding and digital media, proactively recommending new approaches to enhance Space42’s creative output.

  • Work closely with internal teams (Marketing, HR, Product) and external agencies to develop and execute integrated campaigns.

  • Provide creative direction for product launches, corporate announcements, and internal communications.

  • Support internal engagement initiatives (e.g., employee newsletters, intranet content, event branding) to foster a cohesive company culture.

  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) to produce professional-grade designs and videos.

  • Leverage AI tools (DALL·E, Midjourney, Canva AI) to streamline design processes, generate innovative concepts, and enhance visual storytelling.

  • Optimize digital content for various platforms (website, social media, email marketing) to maximize engagement.

  • Ensure all creative materials comply with Space42's policies and legal requirements.

  • Maintain a structured archive of completed projects, tracking job requests and approvals.

Qualifications:

To qualify, you must have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, video production, and brand management.

  • Portfolio required, showcasing expertise in branding, digital media, and AI-enhanced creativity.

  • Language: Proficiency in English (TOEFL 530 / IELTS 5.5 or equivalent); Arabic is a plus.
