ROLE SUMMARY
Responsible for leading account development and account management with the objective of maximizing revenue from key accounts under his/her responsibility. Develop and manage partnerships and business relationships. Achieve high sales targets. Establish relationships with new clients and leading team productivity. Leading sales support programs to maximize sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing several accounts and often being the face of the company to many clients.
  • Contribute in developing Space42’s business development strategies and plans.  
  • Build new business relationships using existing industry contacts.   
  • Manage client relationships and providing clients with excellent service and support.
  • Feeding back all suggestions for improvement and market research to the management.
  • Aware with all competitive activities within accounts and preventing attrition.  
  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.    
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.    
  • Develop key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Execute successful sales strategies to achieve the financial targets.    
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. 
  • Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors. 
  • Identify market trends to enhancing existing products/services or creating new products/services.    
  • Work with other departments to design and implement marketing campaigns.  
  • Leverage strategic events like GIS conferences, defense events, business trade shows to increase both company's awareness and networks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in commercial, marketing or business-related fields.  
  • 5 years of experience in Business Development, preferably in GIS industry.
  • Excellent project management skills - must be able to demonstrate experience of managing multiple projects and transforming commercial issues into business development opportunities.
  • Cost Analysis, Cost Control, and Quality of work priority.
  • Strong personality, proficient in customer relationship management.
  • Advanced IT skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen & excellent negotiation abilities.
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
