Position Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and resourceful Talent Acquisition Partner to join our growing recruitment team in Jordan and play a key role in hiring the talent that will drive our next chapter of growth.
This is a full-cycle role where you’ll own the end-to-end recruitment process: from sourcing and screening to closing and offering. You’ll work across a range of technical and corporate roles, helping hiring managers make strong hiring decisions, while ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for candidates.
You’ll report to the TA Manager and join a team of six passionate and delivery-focused recruiters who support hiring across multiple business units in a high-growth environment.
Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Own and manage recruitment processes from intake through to offer and onboarding across a range of roles to ensure ongoing candidate engagement
- Conduct role briefings with hiring managers to understand job requirements, success profiles, and team culture
- Build and manage robust pipelines through active sourcing (LinkedIn, Boolean, referrals, platforms, etc.)
- Screen candidates for both technical skills and team fit; manage assessments and interview processes
- Deliver high-quality shortlists with speed, clarity, and insight into candidate motivation and expectations
Stakeholder & Candidate Management
Partner closely with hiring managers to guide decision-making, improve processes, and ensure hiring alignment with team needs
- Provide a smooth, professional, and human candidate experience from first contact through offer
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders on pipeline status, market insights, and recruitment metrics
- Ensure accurate and timely documentation of candidate activity and updates in relevant systems
Recruitment Operations & Process Improvement
Contribute to ongoing improvement of recruitment practices, tools, and metrics.
- Collaborate with the TA team on process design, interview frameworks, and candidate experience strategies
- Keep up to date with talent market trends and bring creative ideas to improve sourcing and employer branding
Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a fast-paced or tech-driven environment
- Experience sourcing and hiring for technical or corporate roles
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies at once with structure and urgency
- Strong sourcing capabilities, especially on LinkedIn and digital platforms
- Effective communicator with strong coordination and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus
- Experience with ATS platforms and recruitment systems is a plus
- Knowledge of the UAE labour market is preferred
