Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Lead Full Stack Engineer to join our growing team in Amman, Jordan. In this role, you will lead and mentor engineering teams, drive technical design and Agile development, and deliver secure, scalable solutions in cloud environments. You will play a key part in shaping the technical direction of high-impact projects that leverage big data, analytics, and AI to solve real-world challenges

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Drive technical design and architecture decisions, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions.
• Champion Agile development practices, working closely with Product Owners, UX designers, and DevOps experts to deliver high-quality software.
• Design and implement cloud-native applications and microservices, leveraging modern infrastructure and best practices.
• Collaborate across teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions that align with strategic goals.
• Stay ahead of emerging technologies, continuously evaluating and integrating new tools and frameworks to improve development efficiency and product performance.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with a strong focus on full stack development and cloud infrastructure.
• 5+ years of experience working with AI services, analytics platforms, or data-driven applications.

Skills:

• Deep technical expertise in modern programming languages and frameworks, including Java, TypeScript and Python.
• Strong experience with databases and messaging systems such as PostgreSQL, Redis and Elastic Search
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams and delivering complex, scalable solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and staying current with industry trends
