The Opportunity

As a Senior UX/UI Designer at Presight, you will take a leadership role in shaping the design vision, strategy, and execution of next-generation applications across desktop, web, and mobile platforms. You will be entrusted with leading design initiatives, guiding multidisciplinary teams, and ensuring that product experiences are not only functional but also inspiring. Your role goes beyond execution—you will be responsible for mentoring designers, establishing scalable design systems, and advocating for user experience excellence at the organizational level.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design efforts, from discovery and ideation through prototyping and delivery, across multiple products and platforms.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders including product leadership, engineering leads, and business partners to drive a design-first approach to product development.
• Champion and embed user-centered design principles across the product lifecycle, influencing decision-making at both strategic and execution levels.
• Translate complex business requirements into user-friendly experiences, crafting wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and interactive flows.
• Establish, scale, and maintain comprehensive design systems that ensure consistency and scalability across product lines.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence, creativity, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee usability testing frameworks, ensuring user insights are effectively translated into design refinements.
• Present, defend, and iterate on design concepts with executive stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends, tools, and interaction paradigms in design and evaluate their relevance for Presight.
• Work in a diverse and multicultural environment with cross-regional collaboration.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.

Qualifications:

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Sciences, Design, Arts, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 6–8 years of experience in UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven track record of designing and delivering complex, high-impact digital products.
• Expert-level proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong experience with workflow tools such as Axure RP, OmniGraffle, Keynote, and Visio.
• Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining scalable design systems and UI pattern libraries.
• Excellent leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at senior levels.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

• Experience mentoring or managing junior designers.
• Strong conceptual, strategic, and abstract thinking skills.
• High attention to detail with a track record of delivering high-quality outputs.
• Passion for creating impactful, human-centered experiences within data-driven or AI-powered applications.
• Proactive, customer-centric approach with excellent problem-solving skills.
