The Opportunity:

We are seeking a Senior Solution Architect with strong hands‑on delivery experience to lead the technical design and execution of complex, enterprise‑grade digital, data, and AI solutions. This is a delivery‑accountable role with end‑to‑end ownership across solution architecture, low‑level design, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and AI components.

The role requires close collaboration with engineering, DevOps, cybersecurity, and program teams to ensure that architectural intent is translated into high‑quality, secure, and scalable production systems.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business and functional requirements into clear, implementable architectures aligned with enterprise and cloud standards.
• Ensure architectural consistency and solution coverage across all project workstreams.
• Own the overall technical architecture across application, data, integration, infrastructure, security, and AI layers.
• Produce and govern low‑level designs (LLDs), including:
  • Detailed component and service design
  • Deployment architecture and environment separation
  • Data models, data flows, and integration patterns
  • API contracts and interface specifications
• Provide hands‑on guidance to engineering teams throughout build and integration.
• Review and approve detailed technical designs, configurations, and implementation approaches.
• Act as the technical authority during project delivery, from design through go‑live.
• Work closely with project managers and delivery leads to:
• Support scope definition and effort estimation
• Identify architectural risks and constraints
• Drive technical decision‑making to keep delivery on track
• Ensure non‑functional requirements (performance, scalability, availability, security) are met
• Communicate architectural decisions clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Lead or support technical interactions with vendors and system integrators.
• Provide technical input into proposals, SoWs, and change requests when required.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in solution architecture or senior technical leadership roles.
• Strong delivery‑focused background, with proven experience taking designs through to production.
• Demonstrated expertise in low‑level design and hands‑on delivery support.
• Solid experience with:
  • Data centre and air-gapped environment
  • Cloud and hybrid infrastructure architectures
  • Enterprise integration patterns and APIs
  • Data platforms and analytics solutions
  • AI/ML solutions at an architectural or solution‑delivery level
  • Embed security‑by‑design across all solution components
• Clear communication with engineering teams, leadership, and external partners.
