Senior Manager - M&A

Overview:

Driving the full deal lifecycle for acquisitions, strategic minority stakes, and venture investments that accelerate Presight's technology capabilities, revenue growth, and international expansion goals. This strategic role requires translating corporate strategy into actionable inorganic growth opportunities while managing complex cross-border transactions from initial thesis creation through successful post-deal integration.

Responsibilities:

• Translate corporate strategy into actionable inorganic growth themes and investment theses
• Build and maintain a qualified deal pipeline through proactive market research and relationship development
• Identify and evaluate acquisition targets, strategic minority stakes, and venture investment opportunities that align with Presight's technology roadmap and expansion objectives
• Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, advisors, and industry contacts across EMEA markets
• Lead comprehensive due diligence processes, coordinating cross-functional teams including finance, legal, technology, and operations
• Conduct detailed financial modeling using standard valuation approaches (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions)
• Assess synergy potential and develop integration scenarios to maximize value creation
• Prepare professional investment memos, presentations, and documentation for executive leadership and board decision-making
• Propose optimal deal structures, terms, and scenarios based on strategic objectives and risk assessment
• Draft and help negotiate Term Sheets, Letters of Intent, and other key transaction documentation in partnership with legal counsel
• Manage complex cross-border transaction requirements and regulatory considerations
• Develop and execute post-merger integration plans to ensure successful realization of strategic objectives
• Collaborate with operational teams to integrate acquired technologies, talent, and capabilities
• Support ongoing portfolio management and optimization of strategic investments

Qualifications:

• Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling board-level narratives and presentations
• Deep understanding of M&A processes, deal structures, and transaction documentation
• Familiarity with AI, data analytics, cloud/SaaS business models, and technology sector dynamics
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
• Minimum 7 years of total professional experience with at least 4 years in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development

Preferred Qualifications

• MBA from top-tier institution or CFA designation
• Experience in emerging markets or Middle East region
• Previous experience with private equity, investment banking, corporate investments
• Experience with joint ventures and strategic partnerships
