Overview:

This strategic role requires translating corporate strategy into actionable inorganic growth opportunities while managing complex cross-border transactions from initial thesis creation through successful post-deal integration.

Responsibilities:
- Translate corporate strategy into actionable inorganic growth themes and investment theses
- Build and maintain a qualified deal pipeline through proactive market research and relationship development
- Identify and evaluate acquisition targets, strategic minority stakes, and venture investment opportunities that align with Presight's technology roadmap and expansion objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with investment banks, advisors, and industry contacts across EMEA markets
- Lead comprehensive due diligence processes, coordinating cross-functional teams including finance, legal, technology, and operations
- Conduct detailed financial modeling using standard valuation approaches (DCF, comparable company analysis, precedent transactions)
- Assess synergy potential and develop integration scenarios to maximize value creation
- Prepare professional investment memos, presentations, and documentation for executive leadership and board decision-making
- Propose optimal deal structures, terms, and scenarios based on strategic objectives and risk assessment
- Draft and help negotiate Term Sheets, Letters of Intent, and other key transaction documentation in partnership with legal counsel
- Manage complex cross-border transaction requirements and regulatory considerations
- Develop and execute post-merger integration plans to ensure successful realization of strategic objectives
- Collaborate with operational teams to integrate acquired technologies, talent, and capabilities
- Support ongoing portfolio management and optimization of strategic investments
Qualifications:
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to craft compelling board-level narratives and presentations
- Deep understanding of M&A processes, deal structures, and transaction documentation
- Familiarity with AI, data analytics, cloud/SaaS business models, and technology sector dynamics
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related quantitative field
- Minimum 7 years of total professional experience with at least 4 years in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or corporate development
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA from top-tier institution or CFA designation
- Experience in emerging markets or Middle East region
- Previous experience with private equity, investment banking, corporate investments
- Experience with joint ventures and strategic partnerships
