The Opportunity
As a Senior Frontend Engineer at Presight, you will lead the development of intuitive, high-performing, and scalable web interfaces across our digital products. You will mentor junior engineers, set technical direction for frontend practices, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including product, design, and backend engineering—to deliver seamless user experiences that bring our GenAI solutions to life.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• • Develop visually appealing and performant front end website architecture, including translating designer mock-ups and wireframes into front-end code
  • Develop functional databases, applications, and servers to support websites on the back end
  • Develop and design RESTful services and APIs
  • Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages
  • Ensure that non-functional requirements such as security, performance, maintainability, scalability, usability, and reliability are being considered when architecting solutions.
  • Keep job knowledge up-to-date by studying new development tools, programming techniques, and computing equipment; participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal and professional networks; participating in professional organizations.
  • Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.

   

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong computer science and basic algorithms knowledge.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in full stack web development
• 7+ years of experience coding in Javascript/TypeScript
• 5+ years of experience building single page applications with React or Vue.
• 3+ years of experience coding in at least one backend language (Java, Python, etc.)
• Strong understanding of state management in front end apps, production experience working with MobX, Redux or Zustand.
• Experience in media operations in browser (Canvas, Audio and Video APIs)
• Understanding of relational and non-relational databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc)
• Strong knowledge about programming principles (SOLID)
• Experience in integrating and applying LLM services will be a plus.
