The Opportunity:

Seeking a meticulous and expert Senior Engineer - Site Reliability to build and support the Presight delivery model that empowers product & technology teams to develop & deliver high-quality products, improve platform infrastructure and strengthen the reliability of products and solutions. You play a key role in defining & establishing the delivery model deployed in the development of cutting edge, next-gen analytics solutions & services at Presight.

As a Senior Engineer – Site Reliability, you will lead efforts in designing, implementing, and maintaining reliable, scalable, and automated solutions to support CI/CD pipelines and core infrastructure within the Presight delivery model. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system health, resiliency, and availability.

Functional

• Foster a positive SRE focused on automation, observability, frequent releases, and high reliability across platforms.
• Lead and troubleshoot high priority incidents impacting the organization, providing timely support to quickly resolve critical incidents.
• Design, implement, and manage observability solutions, including logging, metrics, alerting, and tracing, to monitor application performance and infrastructure health.
• Review and modify CI/CD principles and service maturity iteratively, striving for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to propose, architect and implement innovative & transformational solutions for Presight.
• Leverage Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Helm to manage containerized workloads and deployments in a scalable, resilient fashion.
• Architect and implement scalable solutions across cloud and on prem infrastructure, with a focus on Azure and private cloud providers.
• Ensure compliance with defined IT governance controls, standards, and practices.
• Improve service availability and scalability through tuning, automation, tools, and process.
• Manage 24X7 on-call support.
• Identify patterns and analytics to improve service-level objectives (SLOs) and introduce self-healing and resilient design patterns.
• Serve as primary point of contact for all matters concerning the customer and develop a trusted advisor relationship with executive sponsors by understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.

Qualifications:

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in SRE and DevOps processes.
• Proven expertise in:
  • Linux system administration
  • Kubernetes (including OpenShift)
  • Helm (for packaging and deploying Kubernetes applications)
  • Cloud platforms (Azure preferred; AWS/GCP acceptable)
  • Building and maintaining full observability pipelines (monitoring, logging, metrics, and alerting) using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK or similar
  • Depth knowledge of system performance analysis, bottleneck detection, and tuning.
  • Python for scripting and automation
• At least 3 years of experience in architectural knowledge and understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
• CI/CD tools and DevOps processes good to have.
