Position Overview

Are you a qualified and proficient Senior Data Scientist specializing in Multimodal AI with the proven ability to develop production-ready AI systems?

Presight is seeking a highly skilled professional to design, develop, and deploy advanced computer vision, multimodal AI, and vision-language systems across a wide range of real-world applications. You will work on large-scale AI platforms that process visual, textual, and multimodal data, enabling intelligent automation, perception, and decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• End-to-end ML/DL model development: data collection, annotation, EDA, preprocessing, training, evaluation, deployment

• Build computer vision models: multi-object tracking, video understanding, behavior analysis

• Develop multimodal AI (vision + language), including VLMs and MLLMs for reasoning, VQA, retrieval

• Design LLM-based vision agents and agentic AI workflows

• Integrate LLMs, vision models, and APIs for multimodal systems

• Use PyTorch, sklearn, pandas, Docker, REST APIs

• Train/optimize multimodal models (Vision Transformers, multimodal transformers)

• Perform tuning, ablation, quantization, fine-tuning, inference optimization

• Test, benchmark, and scale models for robustness and performance

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering or related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Experience

• 5+ years of experience developing and deploying machine learning or deep learning models in production environments.
• Experience working with large-scale image, video or audio datasets.
• Experience with Audio Models or multimodal AI systems is highly desirable.
• Experience with model optimization, distributed training, or GPU parallelism is preferred.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of computer vision or audio algorithms and deep learning architectures.
• Hands-on experience with Vision Transformers, multimodal transformers, or foundation models.
• Experience with LLM frameworks, agent systems, or multimodal reasoning pipelines is highly desirable.
