Position Overview
Presight is seeking a proactive and dynamic Senior Associate – Business Development to support the organization’s growth initiatives in the UAE and across the region. This role involves assisting with the identification, pursuit, and management of new business opportunities, supporting proposal development, and contributing to strategic initiatives that align with Presight’s GenAI and digital transformation agenda.
Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and qualify potential business opportunities in key sectors aligned with Presight’s AI-driven solutions.
- Support business development managers in preparing proposals, pitch decks, and commercial documentation.
- Contribute to deal structuring, pricing strategies, and coordination of legal and technical inputs.
- Track and report on sales pipeline, client engagements, and proposal outcomes.
- Work with internal teams to align technical capabilities and product offerings with market demands.
- Assist with RFP/RFI responses and commercial bids in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and innovation opportunities within the AI and analytics landscape.
- Ensure all engagements comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, and plans.
Qualifications:
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Technology, or related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- 4–6 years of experience in business development, preferably in a technology, AI, consulting, or innovation-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Experience supporting sales processes, RFP/RFI responses, and proposal development.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Knowledge of the UAE/GCC business environment and client ecosystem is highly desirable.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
