The Opportunity
We are seeking a dynamic, self-motivated Project Manager to act as the primary business contact between Presight and its customers—supporting all initiatives and customer requests through strategic account management, efficient project and program delivery, and in-depth product knowledge. In this role, you will lead the end-to-end delivery of projects across all deal phases, shaping Presight’s growth by driving the conceptualization and development of cutting-edge, next-generation analytics solutions for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure customer requirements and needs are clearly understood, met, and delivered effectively and on time.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer matters, building trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, stakeholders, and executive sponsors by understanding their business needs and technical challenges.
• Apply project management methodologies to establish milestones and timelines, setting clear expectations with customer teams before launching new initiatives.
• Take ownership of customer retention, sales, revenue generation, and project management activities.
• Maintain operational health of solution environments while optimizing performance, security, scalability, maintainability, reusability, and reliability.
• Accelerate customer adoption of Presight solutions by leading implementation journeys.
• Collaborate with customers to define reporting elements, schedules, guidelines, and success measurement milestones.
• Manage project timelines, migration goals, business transformation strategies, and ensure processes are executed within agreed timeframes at defined quality standards.
• Utilize technical expertise to guide discussions on incidents, trade-offs, and risk management.
• Provide detailed reviews of service disruptions, key metrics, prelaunch planning, and post-sales support.
• Ensure efficient resolution of customer issues, following predefined escalation processes when necessary.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.

Qualifications:

Key Requirements

• Master’s degree in Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in project management and solution/product delivery within an AI services organization or analytics platforms and technologies.
• At least 8 years’ experience in account or customer success management.
• In-depth knowledge of current developments in analytics.
• Strong organizational and managerial capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Innovative and creative approach to problem-solving.
• PMP certification from PMI - a must
