Position Overview

We are seeking a Strategy Manager to strengthen the COO Office’s capacity to design and drive high-priority transformational and commercial initiatives across Presight. As the organization scales, there is an increasing need for senior strategic horsepower to translate leadership priorities into structured, executable programs.

The Strategy Manager will provide hands-on support to key transformation and commercial efforts, helping translate strategic direction into actionable workplans and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

The Strategy Manager will support the delivery of strategic and transformation initiatives, with responsibilities including:

• Supporting corporate strategy and operating model design workstreams
• Contributing to operational excellence and performance improvement initiatives
• Supporting commercial strategy analyses and growth initiatives
• Assisting in the structuring and execution of strategic programs
• Developing structured analyses, business cases, and executive materials
• Tracking initiative progress and supporting governance routines
• Coordinating with cross-BU teams.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans and related risk assessments.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, economics, business, or related field
• MBA or advanced degree is a plus but not required

Experience:

• 4–6+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting firms (MBB or equivalent strategy consulting firms preferred)
• Experience in corporate strategy, operating model design, operational excellence, or commercial strategy projects
• Experience working on digital transformation, technology transformation, or data/AI-related initiatives
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders
• Comfortable working in fast-growing, dynamic environments
• Experience in technology, AI, analytics, or platform-based businesses is a strong plus
