Position Overview

We are seeking a versatile AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data systems and software applications that power Presight’s AI-driven platforms. This role combines data engineering expertise (pipelines, data integration, transformation) with software engineering skills (applications, APIs, system integration). A key focus of this position will be the heavy adoption of the latest AI coding tools (such as Cursor, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, and Google Gemini) to accelerate data engineering and software development tasks, ensuring higher productivity, faster delivery, and improved code quality.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the design and development of AI Agent and Multi-Agent systems based on LLMs, supporting autonomous decision-making and task execution.
• Participate in prompt engineering tasks such as Chain of Thought, ReAct, and context management strategies.
• Support the development of agent tool interfaces, enabling integration with external systems and APIs.
• Work on RAG-based retrieval-augmented QA systems and apply domain-specific model improvements.
• Collaborate in building scalable frameworks for workflow, agent, and multi-agent coordination.
• Stay updated on the latest AI and LLM advancements and help apply them to enhance product features.
• Comply with QHSE (Quality Health Safety and Environment), Business Continuity, Information Security, Privacy, Risk, Compliance Management, and Governance of Organizations policies, procedures, plans, and related risk assessments.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, or intelligent agent system development.
• Familiarity with LLMs, VLMs, Generative AI, and agent system design.
• Has practical project experience in developing agent or multi-agent systems with integration to external systems or data sources.
• Understanding of reasoning models and Model Context Protocol (MCP).
• Knowledge of agent tools, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), workflow orchestration, and prompt engineering techniques.

Skills

• Proficient in Python with solid foundations in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with backend frameworks (FastAPI or similar).
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch.
• Good understanding of machine learning algorithms and applied mathematics.
• Experience with containerization tools (Docker).
• Knowledge of relational and non-relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, Redis).
• Comfortable with Git and modern development workflows.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a team-oriented, agile environment.
• Specialize in leveraging AI tools (Cursor/Claude code/ copilots/ChatGPT) to accelerate efficiency, boost productivity, and deliver quick results.
