Senior Specialist - Corporate Excellence (Inception)

As the Senior Specialist you will drive strategic and operational excellence initiatives to enhance organizational performance, process efficiency, and culture of continuous improvement across the company. Responsible for leading cross-functional projects from concept to implementation, ensuring delivery of measurable business impact.

Partnering Microsoft's AI SaaS, we offer domain-specific Agentic AI Orchestrator platform utilizing reasoning agents for precise and cost-effective services. Our focus includes AI incubation, IP creation, applied AI R&D, and AI investment products. By creating models tailored to specific domains and languages, we ensure superior accuracy and efficiency. Collaborating with top universities and industry giants to drive significant advancements in AI technology within the region.

 

Responsibilities:

Strategic & Improvement Planning

  • Align projects with the corporate excellence roadmap and strategic objectives. Identify improvement opportunities through data analysis and stakeholder engagement.
  • Develop business cases, project charters, and improvement plans.

Project & Program Management

  • Plan, execute, and monitor excellence initiatives using PMI / Agile best practices. Manage project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation.

Process Excellence & Analytics

  • Lead process mapping, gap analysis, root-cause analysis (e.g., Lean/Six Sigma tools). Design and implement optimized processes, KPIs, SOPs, and controls.
  • Track project performance and savings; prepare dashboards and management reports.

Change & Stakeholder Management

  • Drive change adoption and culture of excellence across the organization. Act as liaison between executive management and operational teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, trainings, and communication initiatives.

Governance, Compliance & Sustainability

  • Ensure alignment with corporate policies, ISO standards, and audit requirements. Maintain excellence documentation, knowledge management, and best practices.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to sustain project outcomes.

Capability Building

  • Build internal capability by rolling out excellence frameworks and training.
  • Promote innovation and ownership mindsets across the workforce.

Qualifications:

To qualify for the role, you must have 
•    Bachelor’s degree in technical field Business, or related field 
•    5–8 years of experience in Project Management / Operational Excellence / Transformation.
•    Certifications preferred: PMP, Lean Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt), Agile, etc.
•    Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Excellent stakeholder management and communication capabilities.
•    Strong knowledge of process improvement tools and change management practices.
•    Results-driven, collaborative, and ability to influence without authority.
