Senior Specialist - Business Analysis

As a Senior Specialist – Business Analysis, you will support strategic and operational initiatives by analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and providing actionable insights. You will work closely with program managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects achieve their objectives effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Business Analysis & Requirements Gathering

  • Collect, analyze, and document business requirements for programs and projects.
  • Work with stakeholders to understand processes, challenges, and desired outcomes.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications for implementation teams.

 

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyze program and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Prepare dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support decision-making.
  • Provide actionable insights to optimize performance and outcomes.

 

Process Documentation & Improvement

  • Document workflows, procedures, and business processes accurately.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with teams to implement changes and best practices.

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Support

  • Support program managers in stakeholder communications, workshops, and alignment sessions.
  • Assist in ensuring program deliverables align with business objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records for governance, compliance, and audit purposes.

 

Governance & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to organizational governance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Support risk identification and mitigation related to program performance and data.
  • Maintain compliance with data ethics, cybersecurity, and AI governance policies.

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, or program support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of translating client requirements into actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana).
  • Knowledge of AI, machine learning, or SaaS products is a plus, as well as experience in the financial or technology sectors.

Good to Have:

  • Experience or exposure in Government, Education, or SOE sectors.
  • Familiarity with AI, digital transformation programs, or technology-driven initiatives.
  • Knowledge of program management methodologies and KPI-driven performance tracking.
