Overview:

Inception AI is leading a transformative initiative to deploy global AI technology across Abu Dhabi’s key sectors, including Government, Education, and Enterprises.

As an AI Services Program Manager, you will define, validate, and scale  services that accelerate adoption and value realization of Inception’s AI solutions. Your scope spans technical services (e.g., product implementation, integrations, data onboarding, analytics/data science services) and non-technical services (e.g., training, change enablement, communications, governance, strategy).

This is primarily a service-building and orchestration role: you will shape services strategy and business cases, test services with clients, establish standards and quality control, and build/lead an ecosystem of partners and vendors. You will typically co-deliver first-of-kind engagements for new services alongside partners, then transition stabilized offerings into repeatable service delivery models.

Responsibilities:

1) Service Strategy & Roadmap (Technical + Enablement)

  • Define the end-to-end AI services spanning technical and non-technical offerings.
  • Develop a multi-sector services strategy aligned to program goals across government, education, and enterprises.
  • Build and continuously refine a services roadmap informed by client needs, sector requirements, and evolving AI capabilities.
  • Establish service packaging, service delivery models, and standards that make offerings repeatable and scalable.

2) New Service Design, Business Cases & Client Validation

  • Lead service design for new offerings (service blueprints, operating model, RACI, playbooks).
  • Build business cases/decision packs (impact, delivery model, costs, partner approach, success metrics).
  • Partner with Product, Technical, and Data Science teams to translate needs into service requirements, prerequisites, and acceptance criteria.
  • Test and iterate services through client discovery, prototypes, and pilot engagements.

3) Partner & Vendor Ecosystem (Selection, Onboarding, Management)

  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard partners across the spectrum (SIs, integration specialists, data/analytics partners, training/change providers).
  • Define scopes of work, delivery expectations, and SLAs/KPIs; contribute to procurement and contract governance.
  • Manage partner performance via MBRs, quality reviews, and outcomes reporting.

4) Delivery Governance, Quality Control & Measurement

  • Create and maintain templates, checklists, and toolkits that enable consistent partner delivery.
  • Implement quality control mechanisms for new services (entry/exit criteria, deliverable reviews, client sign-offs, improvement loops).
  • Define measurement frameworks to track delivery health, adoption, and business impact.

5) Pilot Delivery & New Service Launches (New Services Only)

  • Lead or co-lead first-of-kind engagements and new service launches with partners (pilots, strategic rollouts, sector-specific offers).
  • Coordinate cross-functional squads (product, engineering, data science, commercial) to remove blockers and manage risks.
  • Create transition plans to move validated services into steady-state delivery, including partner enablement and documentation.

6) Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to program leadership, product teams, and client stakeholders on value propositions, readiness, risks, and adoption impacts.
  • Build alignment across business, technology, HR/L&D, and communications teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering/Computer Science, Data/Analytics, Organizational Development, or related field.
  • 6–12 years experience building/scaling services (professional services, consulting, service design, program delivery, product ops).
  • Demonstrated vendor/partner management: selection, onboarding, governance, performance management.
  • Comfortable working across product, technology, and data science contexts; able to translate complex topics into deliverable service plans.
  • Experience with digital transformation / technology adoption / AI & analytics programs strongly preferred.
  • Change management credentials (e.g., Prosci/ACMP) are a plus (not mandatory for this generalist version).
