Program Manager

Overview:

Inception AI is spearheading a transformative initiative to deploy a large-scale AI program across Abu Dhabi’s critical sectors, including Government, Education, and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).

 

As Manager – Federal Government Program, you will oversee the planning, execution, and coordination of AI deployment programs across federal-level government entities in the UAE. Working under the direction of the Director – Government Portfolio, you will ensure alignment between multiple ministries, authorities, and agencies — supporting the seamless integration of AI initiatives at a national scale.

 

This role requires a deep understanding of government operations, program management excellence, and the ability to drive collaboration and alignment across inter-governmental stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

. Program Delivery & Execution

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and tracking of AI deployment programs within federal government entities.
  • Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and timelines to ensure delivery within agreed scope and standards.
  • Oversee daily operations of assigned workstreams, ensuring effective coordination across teams.
  • Collaborate with internal and external delivery partners to ensure alignment with PMO methodologies and timelines.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure continuous improvement in execution practices.

 

2. Stakeholder Management & Inter-Governmental Coordination

  • Serve as the central point of contact for federal ministries, authorities, and strategic partners involved in the program.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior government officials and program sponsors.
  • Facilitate collaboration across multiple agencies to ensure unified execution of AI transformation goals.
  • Coordinate alignment meetings, progress reviews, and governance boards to maintain program cohesion and accountability.

 

3. Governance, Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Implement PMO-aligned governance and documentation frameworks across federal entities.
  • Track and report on progress, performance, and outcomes through structured dashboards and periodic updates.
  • Provide analytical insights and executive summaries for steering committees and leadership review.
  • Ensure program data accuracy, transparency, and compliance with reporting standards.

 

4. Risk, Issue & Dependency Management

  • Identify and monitor risks, issues, and dependencies affecting federal program delivery.
  • Develop mitigation strategies and contingency plans to address potential delivery challenges.
  • Escalate critical risks or conflicts to leadership with recommended resolutions.
  • Maintain comprehensive risk registers and contribute to continuous portfolio health monitoring.

 

5. Change Management & Capacity Building

  • Support federal entities in adopting AI technologies through effective change management frameworks.
  • Collaborate with communication, training, and capability development teams to drive adoption and understanding.
  • Promote a culture of innovation and data-driven decision-making within government entities.

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Project Management, Business, or Technology (Master’s preferred).
  • 7–10 years of experience in managing large-scale transformation, digital government, or AI deployment projects.
  • Proven success in multi-entity or inter-governmental program delivery.
  • Strong understanding of federal government structures, decision-making processes, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and leadership communication skills.

PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
