Program Manager

Overview:

Inception AI is spearheading a transformative initiative to deploy a large-scale AI program across Abu Dhabi’s critical sectors, including Government, Education, and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).

 

As Manager – Abu Dhabi SOE Program, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of AI programs for one or more Abu Dhabi State-Owned Enterprises. The role focuses on implementing AI solutions that improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and drive digital innovation across enterprise operations.

 

You will collaborate with SOE leadership, cross-functional teams, and EdTech/AI partners to ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with Abu Dhabi’s AI and digital transformation strategies.

Responsibilities:

1. Program Planning & Execution

· Develop detailed program plans, including timelines, resource allocation, milestones, and KPIs for SOE initiatives.

· Manage end-to-end delivery of AI programs, ensuring successful implementation across enterprise functions.

· Monitor program performance, track metrics, and ensure deliverables meet strategic and quality standards.

 

2. Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

· Build strong working relationships with SOE executives, functional leaders, and internal teams.

· Coordinate with external AI and technology partners to deliver program objectives.

· Facilitate workshops, training, and pilot initiatives to promote adoption of AI solutions within the enterprise.

 

3. Governance, Reporting & Compliance

· Implement governance processes to ensure programs adhere to PMO methodologies and quality standards.

· Track risks, issues, and dependencies, providing timely updates and escalation to the Director – SOE Portfolio.

· Ensure compliance with data governance, AI ethics, and cybersecurity frameworks relevant to enterprise operations.

 

4. Risk & Change Management

· Identify program-level risks, dependencies, and challenges that may impact successful delivery.

· Support structured change management initiatives to drive adoption and sustainability of AI programs.

· Implement corrective actions to address operational or program challenges effectively.

 

5. Team Collaboration & Capability Development

· Work closely with cross-functional teams including AI engineers, business analysts, and project coordinators.

· Promote collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement across the program team.

· Encourage innovation, accountability, and professional growth among team members.

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience:

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Technology Management, AI, or related field.

· 5–8 years of experience in program management, digital transformation, or AI initiatives within large enterprises or SOEs.

· Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder programs with measurable operational impact.

· Strong understanding of governance, compliance, and program delivery frameworks.

· Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
