Program Manager

Overview:

Inception AI is spearheading a transformative initiative to deploy a large-scale AI program across Abu Dhabi’s critical sectors, including Government, Education, and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).

 

As Program Manager – Security & Compliance, you will ensure that all technology initiatives—including ChatGPT deployment, UAE Model Localization, and System Connectors—adhere to strict cybersecurity, data governance, and AI ethics standards. You will oversee the design, implementation, and enforcement of security, data governance, and AI compliance frameworks that support the Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) Middleware/Registry.

 

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams to mitigate risks, ensure compliance, and enable secure and trusted AI adoption across Abu Dhabi’s enterprises.

Responsibilities:

Security Governance & Frameworks

  • Develop and implement security, compliance, and responsible AI governance frameworks for all technology, to include MCP and A2A systems
  • Establish context boundary management policies, ensuring that contextual data exchanged between models adheres to classification, residency, and privacy requirements
  • Ensure adherence to UAE cybersecurity and data protection regulations.
  • Define standards for secure architecture, coding practices, and operational procedures.

 

Risk Management & Mitigation

  • Identify, assess, and monitor program-level risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Implement zero-trust architectures and policy-based access control within MCP and A2A environments
  • Coordinate with cybersecurity team for red-team simulations, threat modeling, and adversarial testing to identify weaknesses in model and agent interactions
  • Oversee incident response and forensics for security or compliance breaches
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to implement risk mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely reporting of critical risks and compliance breaches to leadership.

 

Compliance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Conduct audits, reviews, and assessments to verify adherence to security and compliance standards.
  • Develop automated audit and monitoring mechanisms for MCP transactions and A2A communications
  • Track regulatory updates and ensure continuous alignment with relevant laws and policies.
  • Prepare detailed compliance reports and executive briefings for program oversight.

 

Collaboration & Advisory

  • Act as a trusted advisor to engineering, AI safety, and platform teams on secure model and agent design
  • Participate in solution design reviews to embed security and compliance from inception.
  • Serve as a key liaison between technical teams, enterprise clients, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or technology program management.
  • Deep understanding of AI ethics, data governance, information security frameworks, and regulatory compliance (e.g., UAE regulations).
  • Familiarity with cryptographic identity systems, secure communication protocols (TLS, mTLS, OIDC), and context versioning methods.
  • Proven experience managing security, risk, and compliance programs in enterprise or government environments.
  • Knowledge of agent-based architectures, model interoperability standards, and AI red-teaming practices.
  • Strong stakeholder management and advisory experience with technical and executive teams.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
