Program Manager

Overview:

Inception AI is spearheading a transformative initiative to deploy a large-scale AI program across Abu Dhabi’s critical sectors, including Government, Education, and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).

 

As Manager – Program (Strategy & KPIs), you will drive the design, implementation, and monitoring of strategic programs, ensuring all initiatives are aligned with Abu Dhabi’s AI transformation goals. You will define key performance indicators (KPIs), monitor progress, and provide actionable insights for executive decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Program Planning & Execution

  • Define program objectives, milestones, and success metrics in alignment with organizational strategy.
  • Develop and manage program plans, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to scope.
  • Monitor KPIs and track program performance across multiple initiatives.

 

Stakeholder Engagement & Reporting

  • Collaborate with portfolio directors, PMO, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on strategic goals.
  • Prepare executive reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership review.
  • Facilitate workshops and alignment sessions with stakeholders to validate KPIs and outcomes.

 

Data-Driven Insights & Decision Support

  • Analyze program performance data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Recommend actions to optimize program outcomes and ensure benefits realization.
  • Support leadership in strategic decision-making through actionable insights.

 

Governance & Risk Management

  • Establish governance processes to ensure program accountability and transparency.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with AI governance, data ethics, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Strategy, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in program management, strategy implementation, or KPI-driven initiatives.
  • Proven experience in strategic planning, data analysis, and performance management.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership capabilities.
