Product Manager

Overview:

Inception AI is spearheading a transformative initiative to deploy a large-scale AI program across Abu Dhabi’s critical sectors, including Government, Education, and State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs).

 

As AI Product Manager – Connectors, you will manage System Connectors, ensuring seamless integration of ChatGPT with enterprise systems to unlock AI-driven workflows.

 

You will define product vision, prioritize development roadmaps, manage stakeholders, and ensure connectors deliver high performance and enterprise-grade reliability.

Responsibilities:

Product Vision & Roadmap

  • Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for enterprise-grade system connectors.
  • Identify and prioritize high-impact integration opportunities across sectors, from workflow automation to data-driven insights.
  • Translate business needs into a technical product roadmap, balancing innovation with enterprise reliability and compliance.
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with AI strategy and platform teams to ensure connectors align with the broader generative AI adoption framework.

 

Solution Design & Implementation

  • Partner with engineering and architecture teams to define integration standards, APIs, and SDKs that enable scalable system interoperability.
  • Oversee the development, testing, and deployment of connectors, ensuring high reliability and performance.
  • Ensure connectors meet robust security, data governance, and compliance protocols aligned with UAE government and enterprise policies.

 

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate with enterprise clients, PMO teams, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and feedback sessions to validate product functionality.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and opportunities to leadership and key stakeholders.

 

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

  • Monitor product usage and performance, gathering insights for iterative improvements.
  • Research emerging integration technologies and tools to enhance connectors’ capabilities.
  • Drive adoption of connectors across enterprise programs and portfolios.
  • Explore emerging integration technologies, including event-driven architectures, MCP, and A2A interoperability

Qualifications:

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 7–10 years of experience in product management, enterprise system integration, or AI technology programs.
  • Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering complex technology products or integrations.
  • Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, webhooks, authentication (OAuth2, SSO), and middleware platforms
  • Ability to prioritize product roadmaps, manage stakeholders, and drive adoption across organizations.
  • Familiarity with cloud ecosystems (Azure, AWS, GCP) and MLOps/LLMOps workflows
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
