Overview:
We are building a dedicated AI training function to meet growing demand from high-priority clients across government, enterprise, and executive leadership in Abu Dhabi. Manager - AI Training will be the anchor of this function - responsible for delivering training sessions, building standardized curriculum, and transforming an ad hoc activity into a scalable, revenue-generating capability.
This is not a support role. You will own the training lifecycle end-to-end: from needs assessment and program design through live delivery and continuous improvement. You will work directly with strategic clients including government ministries, and executive leadership offices, and will play a foundational role in establishing what will become an AI Training Academy.

Responsibilities:
1. Training Delivery
• Lead delivery of AI training programs across formats: executive workshops, group sessions (20–40 participants), and small specialized cohorts (5–10 participants).
• Tailor content, depth, and delivery style to audience — from non-technical executives and government officials to technical practitioners.
• Manage session logistics, participant engagement, and post-session follow-up independently.
• Represent Inception professionally in high-stakes client environments including ministries and leadership offices.
2. Curriculum & Content Development
• Design and build a standardized, reusable library of AI training content: facilitator guides, participant workbooks, slide decks, assessments, and practical exercises.
• Translate complex AI concepts (LLMs, agents, automation, AI ethics, prompt engineering) into accessible, role-appropriate content for varied proficiency levels.
• Reduce per-session preparation time by establishing repeatable curriculum frameworks and ready-to-deploy asset kits.
• Stay current with AI developments and continuously refresh content to reflect the state of the field.
3. Learning Management & Operations
• Manage all training assets through the LMS — publishing, version control, metadata, and access management.
• Maintain a session calendar and pipeline tracker, coordinating with the commercial and delivery teams to manage demand.
• Define and implement quality standards, feedback loops, and effectiveness metrics (completion, satisfaction, capability uplift).
• Build a train-the-trainer capability over time to extend delivery reach through certified partners or internal facilitators.
4. Strategic Program Support
• Support adoption of G42 / Inception products by embedding product familiarity into training programs.
• Act as a commercial enabler: training engagements serve as both standalone revenue and entry points for broader enterprise relationships.
• Contribute to the design and roadmap of a future AI Training Academy, including certification programs and digital learning offerings.
• Partner with the Commercialization team to develop pricing structures, proposals, and client-facing training collateral.
Qualifications:
Required
• 5–9 years of experience in training delivery, learning & development, or AI enablement — with a demonstrable track record of facilitating sessions for senior or executive audiences.
• Deep, current knowledge of applied AI: large language models, generative AI tools, AI agents, automation, and AI literacy frameworks.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills across in-person and virtual environments; able to command a room at C-suite and ministerial level.
• Experience designing and developing training materials from scratch (not just delivering pre-built content).
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight, managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
• Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is a significant advantage in this client context.
Preferred
• Experience working with government clients or large enterprise organizations in the UAE / GCC.
• Familiarity with G42, Inception, or similar AI ecosystem products and offerings.
• Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Rise, Moodle, or equivalent).
• Background in instructional design or adult learning principles (ADDIE, Kirkpatrick, etc.).
• Certifications in AI, data science, or learning & development are a plus (not required).
