We are seeking a highly capable, polished, and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide support to a fast-paced Chief Executive Officer. This role requires exceptional judgement, discretion, agility, and the ability to operate at the highest levels of business and government engagement.
You will act as a trusted partner to the CEO, ensuring seamless management of priorities, communications, meetings, travel, and executive operations. This is a business-critical role for someone who thrives in a demanding, high-expectation environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO’s complex and ever-changing calendar, ensuring priorities are aligned and time is optimized
- Coordinate internal and external meetings with senior stakeholders, board members, government entities, and strategic partners
- Prepare briefing packs, agendas, presentations, and meeting materials in advance of key engagements
- Screen and manage incoming communications, responding or escalating appropriately
- Draft high-quality correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate domestic and international travel, itineraries, visas, logistics, and protocol requirements
- Track follow-ups, actions, and key deliverables arising from meetings
- Act as liaison between the CEO’s office and internal leadership teams across Commercial, Technology, Delivery, and Corporate Functions
- Support confidential projects, strategic initiatives, and special assignments as required
- Ensure absolute confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
- Significant experience supporting a CEO, Chairman, Founder, or C-suite executive in a fast-paced multinational environment
- Experience within technology, consulting, investment, government, or high-growth corporate environments preferred
- Strong executive presence, emotional intelligence, and ability to engage with senior stakeholders
- Outstanding organisation and prioritisation skills with strong attention to detail
- Calm under pressure with the ability to manage shifting priorities seamlessly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Arabic language skills are advantageous
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and modern productivity tools
- Absolute discretion, loyalty, and professionalism
