Role Summary

As the Director – Solution Engineering (Partners), you will lead the technical enablement, activation, and ongoing success of Inception’s partner ecosystem. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Solution Engineering, you will empower System Integrators, resellers, consulting partners, and technology alliances to effectively position, architect, and deliver Inception’s AI portfolio.

 

This role sits at the intersection of solution engineering, partner enablement, and scalable technical advocacy. You will build the frameworks, assets, and programs that allow partners to independently drive high-quality enterprise engagements. Your work will ensure that partners are deeply equipped—technically and commercially—to accelerate adoption of Inception’s AI capabilities across global markets.

Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

This role offers a unique chance to shape Inception’s partner-led technical strategy from the ground up. You will:

· Build reusable demo environments and solution assets

· Create certification programs for partner enablement

· Provide architectural guidance during partner-led customer pursuits

· Drive technical excellence across the entire partner ecosystem

 

Your leadership will be instrumental in scaling Inception’s presence and ensuring that our AI solutions are represented with consistency, accuracy, and depth across all partner channels.

 

Key Responsibilities

Partner Technical Activation & Enablement

· Lead technical activation of partners to ensure they can independently position, design, and deliver the Inception AI portfolio.

· Develop and deliver technical onboarding programs, solution deep-dives, and product training sessions.

· Build and maintain a Partner Tech Certification curriculum, including learning paths, assessments, and hands-on training materials.

 

Reusable Assets, Demo Environments & Tooling

· Build and manage demo environments, reference architectures, and reusable technical assets to support partner pursuits.

· Create solution templates, technical summaries, and architecture documents that partners can standardize and replicate.

· Ensure collateral is scalable, up-to-date, and aligned with Inception’s evolving AI portfolio.

 

Support for Partner-Led Customer Engagements

· Work closely with partners during customer engagements, providing guidance on workshops, RFx responses, architectural design, cost estimation, and solution sizing.

· Ensure partners are delivering technically sound proposals that align with Inception’s best practices and architectural principles.

· Serve as the escalation point for complex technical questions that arise in partner-led opportunities.

 

Cross-Functional Collaboration

· Collaborate with product, applied science, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure alignment on partner needs and market feedback.

· Provide insights from partner engagements to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.

· Support joint go-to-market initiatives with the partnerships and alliances teams.

 

Process Development & Standardization

· Develop scalable methodologies for partner technical onboarding, architecture reviews, and quality assurance.

· Standardize solution engineering processes and documentation across the partner ecosystem.

· Drive continuous improvement to ensure partners deliver high-quality, repeatable solutions.

Qualifications:

Skills & Attributes for Success

· Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade AI or software solutions.

· Strong ability to translate complex technical concepts into scalable training materials and reusable assets.

· Deep understanding of AI/ML architectures, SaaS solutions, enterprise integration, and cloud-native technologies.

· Excellent presentation, communication, and technical mentoring skills.

· Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills across both technical and commercial audiences.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· 7+ years of experience in solution architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting—preferably with experience in partner enablement or partner ecosystems.

· Demonstrated success supporting enterprise sales engagements through technical architecture, workshops, and RFx responses.

· Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure strongly preferred), AI/ML services, and enterprise integration architectures.

· Technical knowledge of OpenAI and Microsoft Azure (L300) is a strong plus.
