Overview:

The Opportunity

You will own a small set of the most strategic ‘Agent Factory’ accounts in the Americas—AI labs, large platforms, and enterprises building agentic automation at scale. You will run complex, multi-year deals that combine platform, services, and deep technical partnership.

Responsibilities:

 

  • Own account strategy and multi-threaded executive relationships; build and close large, complex agreements. 
  • Partner with SAs to shape technical vision, pilots, and production rollouts for agentic AI platforms. 
  • Drive structured pursuit management: win themes, competitive strategy, stakeholder mapping, and deal orchestration. 
  • Negotiate commercial terms aligned to long-term expansion and platform adoption. 
  • Feed market signals into GTM and product strategy; represent the voice of strategic customers. 

Skills & Attributes for Success

  • Strategic revenue and multi-year commitments closed; expansion within named accounts. 
  • Pipeline health and win-rate on priority pursuits. 
  • Customer referenceability and lighthouse deployments.

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, finance, business administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field; equivalent experience considered.   
  • 12–15 years in enterprise/strategic sales for AI, cloud platforms, or deep-tech; track record closing 7–9 figure deals. 
  • Strong executive presence and ability to partner credibly with technical stakeholders. 
  • Proven ability to operate in ambiguous, build-mode environments. 

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • Experience selling AI platforms, developer ecosystems, or automation/agentic solutions. 
  • Existing network in AI labs, hyperscalers, or AI-native platforms.
