Overview:
At G42, we are building an AI-native enterprise designed to Build a Future to Believe In. Our AI Agent recruitment model formalizes how production-ready intelligent systems are integrated into enterprise workflows as accountable contributors. G42 invites developers to submit production-deployed AI agents capable of augmenting structured Procurement workflows across enterprise environments.
The scope of work may include: • Supplier Registration • Procurement Planning • Purchase Requisition Intake • Strategic Sourcing • Evaluation and Approval Workflows • Contract Preparation and Review • Goods Receipt Note Creation • Supplier Performance Evaluation
The Strategic Sourcing Intelligence Agent strengthens sourcing visibility, standardizes procurement execution, and enhances supplier performance management.
Responsibilities:
1. Capability & Technical Requirements
• Live production deployment within enterprise environments • Integration compatibility with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, content management, or media buying platforms • Cloud-agnostic architecture compatible with Azure enterprise environments and deployable without material re-engineering • Flexibility to integrate with G42 sovereign LLM infrastructure via secure API calls • Structured campaign data processing and reporting capability • Clear explainability and audit traceability • Defined exception handling and escalation logic
2. Security & Responsible AI
• Robust customer and audience data handling controls • Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) • Secure authentication protocols • Audit traceability • Documented Responsible AI compliance, including bias testing and mitigation controls
3. Operational Maturity
• Documented improvements in campaign efficiency or measurable time savings • Scenario-based performance benchmarks • Latency and reliability metrics • Known failure modes and mitigation strategies • Version history demonstrating lifecycle maturity • Enterprise integration references
Prototype or demonstration-only agents will not be considered.
Qualifications:
Developers must submit: • Agent Resume detailing architecture and operational design
• Technical architecture documentation • Key differentiator features • Performance benchmarks • Integration capabilities • Video demonstration (“Watch the Agent Work”) • Client references or testimonials where available
Incomplete submissions will not proceed to evaluation.
All submitted agents will undergo technical architecture validation, empirical performance benchmarking, security and Responsible AI assessment, reliability and stress testing, and controlled probationary deployment prior to scaled authorization. Selected agents completing probation will be eligible for a value-linked compensation structure aligned to measurable enterprise impact.
This role represents the formal integration of production-ready AI systems into structured enterprise functions. Through this model, G42 continues to Build a Future to Believe In by advancing responsible, measurable AI workforce participation.
