Reporting directly to the Senior VP– Talent Acquisition, you will help devise & implement quality-first hiring strategies and manage the full-life cycle of talent acquisition from sourcing to hiring for G42’s multiple lines of business.
Responsibilities:
- Proven experience in Technology recruitment, focused on Product hiring, ML, AI skills & roles is mandatory
- Provide expertise & advice on recruitment strategy, talent forecasting, talent sourcing, talent assessment, talent selection and recruitment compliance.
- Own the Talent Acquisition lifecycle by supporting requirements definition, talent attraction and sourcing & selection.
- Ability to engage and build relationships at senior levels.
- Act as a Talent advisor by providing thought leadership & strategic advice, influencing & counseling the C-Suite in all areas of Talent Acquisition.

- Hands on experience of recruitment tools including Applicant Tracking System (ATS), CRM, LinkedIn recruiter, LinkedIn Insights, Job boards both (to post jobs as well as database search), Google search and overall evolved candidate search experience
- Design strategic staffing initiatives in collaboration with organizational leaders and HR business partners.
- Market career opportunities and manage requisitions to meet target service level agreements
- Understand business growth targets to support recruitment vision and strategy.
- implement & drive best practices and recruiting initiatives to strengthen and enhance interviewing techniques and candidate experience
- Deliver to KPI’s and SLAs to drive performance measurement and TA governance
- Receive feedback on recruitment service quality (coordinating with stakeholders) and identify areas of improvement.
- Work with Business Leaders, HR and the compensation team to govern salary levels and negotiate compensation with candidates.
- Ensure alignment to global processes and systems, and comply with policies & procedures throughout the recruitment lifecycle
Qualifications:
- 10+years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment •
- Successful experience managing multiple searches, and stakeholders, at different stages of the recruitment lifecycle at the same time •
- Thorough understanding of end to end recruitment process methodology within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably at a global organization •
- Strong written and verbal/presentation skills • Strong analytics, data analysis, and excel skills
- Able to interpret data from a variety of internal and external source and predict trends
- Experience working with global/off-shore sourcing models would be preferred
