Seeking a diligent, highly organized, result-oriented Senior Specialist- Financial Reporting to join our growing Finance team at G42.

Responsibilities:
The objectives of the role of Senior Specialist - Financial Reporting will be:
- Financial Reporting
- Assist in the preparation and review of financial statements, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in consolidating financial data from multiple entities or subsidiaries.
- Contribute to the analysis of financial statements, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.
- Support the timely and accurate reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
Compliance and Regulations
- Stay updated on accounting standards, regulations, and reporting requirements (e.g., SCA reporting for publicly traded companies).
- Assist in the preparation and filing of required financial reports, such as annual reports, quarterly reports, and tax filings.
- Collaborate with auditors during external audits and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
Financial Analysis:
- Assist in conducting financial analysis to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Contribute to the identification of key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess financial performance.
- Provide support in generating insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support business objectives.
- System and Process Improvements:
- Provide assistance in evaluating and implementing financial reporting systems or software to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- BSc/BA in Accounting,
- Advanced excel skills and Proficient in MS office
