Manager - AI Learning Center

Overview:

The Manager, AI Learning Center is responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing AI learning programs for all job clusters (sellers, technical, and support functions). This role owns the Group’s LMS/LXP in collaboration with the HC Digital Tech Team, curates digital learning journeys, and partners with business leaders to identify and address evolving AI skill needs. 

Responsibilities:

Identify and manage AI learning content providers and vendor relationships.

- Design and curate AI learning pathways for all employee clusters.

- Administer and continuously improve the LMS/LXP with a focus on UX and adoption.

- Maintain the AI capability and skill libraries across the Group.

- Partner with business units and function heads to align learning solutions to workforce AI needs.

- Monitor platform performance, content freshness, and usage analytics.

- Support the development of AI leadership content with the Senior Manager, Leadership Center.

- Provide monthly reporting and regular evaluation and analysis of AI learning solutions, systems, tools and platforms. Make data-driven recommendations to the Head of People Growth and Experience for continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
