Job Purpose

1.   I am working with HR for MOI & client clearance, I have the master list and my work is receive the request and when I finish audit I submit it to security clearance MOI or client , After that I follow up and coordinate with security clearance MOI or client , and inform the HR about the request status .

2. I coordinate with project managers to make the procedures for security clearance MOI and client more facility, and I inform them for any requirements needs about the documents for security clearance and follow the procedure with them.

3. I am working with the client to make the request for submission security clearance more easier.

4. Edit photos in Photoshop and print CPX ID cards

5. work on checking the CCTV cameras recording for the safety of the CPX offices and submit reports to support if find a problem.
6. Mandate requirement is looking for Candidate from HSE background.

Key Activities 

Security Clearance MOI

request a security clearance from HR and I review the documents, then I send to Tawazun security department, after that I receive the security clearance from them, so there is no specific time for receiving clearance some times is taking two weeks or two months. Also I apply a security clearance for a new employees, internship, contracts.

Reporting

Maintaining an update tracker for all applications, and sharing the same with HR  and PMs

Client awareness

Updating HR and PMs with the latest process requirements, redesigning the application forms & simplifying the required docs list for easy submittal. This is to be measured:

Process Improvement

To improve the enrolment process by efficient review for the submitted applications & docs to minimize incomplete or rejected applications. Maintaining & developing a business relationship with MOI & IA

CPX ID Cards

Edit photos in Photoshop and print CPX ID cards

Security Clearance client

apply a security clearance request for employees who will work for client project by coordination with the project manager.

CCTV Cameras

work on checking the CCTV cameras recording for the safety of the CPX offices and submit reports to support if find a problem.

AOR (Any Other Responsibilities)

Any other responsibilities as required by the Line Manager
