Project Specialist

Job Purpose

Seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Specialist to join our team. The Project Specialist will be responsible for coordinating and managing project activities, ensuring timely completion of deliverables, and maintaining project schedules. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

Job Responsibilities

Key Focus Areas

Key Activities 

Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget

Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and project teams

Coordinate project activities with internal stakeholders and external partners

Assist in the development of project plans, including resource allocation and budgeting

Track project milestones and report progress to project teams and management

Ensure that project goals are achieved and that all deliverables meet quality standards

Any other responsibilities as required by the Line Manager

Job Specifications

Skills/Certifications (Technical & Non-Technical)

Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile or Waterfall

Proficiency in project management software and tools (MS Project, EPM..etc)

Clients Oriented

Minimum Work Experience

3 to 4 years of experience in project management or related field

Education

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field
