Overview:

The Manager – Program Management is accountable for end‑to‑end ownership and execution of CPX’s most strategic, cross‑company product and platform programs.

This role leads multi‑year, multi‑partner initiatives spanning Microsoft co‑development, AI agent platforms, enterprise RFPs execution, Azure tenant migrations, and CPX services standardization for AI systems.

Operating with high autonomy and executive visibility, the role ensures programs deliver measurable business outcomes, architectural integrity, regulatory compliance, and operational readiness—while directly influencing CPX’s product-led growth, national champion positioning, and platform scalability strategy.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Program Ownership & Governance

- Own portfolio‑level program strategy for high‑impact product and platform initiatives

- Define governance models, operating cadence, escalation paths, and executive steering mechanisms

- Manage complex interdependencies across Product, Engineering, SOC, Cloud, Legal, Finance, and Partners

- Proactively identify and resolve delivery, architectural, and organizational risks

Microsoft Co‑Development Leadership

- Lead CPX’s strategic co‑development programs with Microsoft across AI, Security, XDR, and Cloud platforms
- Act as the primary execution counterpart to Microsoft product, engineering, and alliance teams
- Govern joint roadmaps, co‑engineering milestones, and co‑sell readiness
- Ensure alignment with CPX IP strategy, Azure standards, and commercial objectives

AI Agents & Advanced Platform Programs

 

- Own delivery of AI agent platforms, agent security controls, and agent orchestration capabilities
- Ensure secure‑by‑design, compliant‑by‑default implementation of AI systems across CPX offerings
- Oversee technical readiness, scalability, resilience, and SOC handover for AI workloads
- Drive convergence between AI product development and security operation

Productization & Strategic RFP Execution

 

- Lead execution of productization programs

- Ensure traceability from product capabilities → delivery plans
- Coordinate Product, Engineering, SOC, Presales, and Partner inputs at senior level
- Own delivery commitments, risk mitigation, and executive reporting

 

Cloud & Platform Transformation

 

- Own large‑scale migration programs for CPX platforms to CPX Azure tenant
- Govern identity, data, security, compliance, and operational readiness workstreams
- Ensure secure cutover, minimal disruption, and post‑migration optimization
- Track cloud cost efficiency, risk posture, and performance outcomes

 

Service Standardization

- Drive standardization of all CPX offerings

- Ensure standardization process is adhered ensuring deliverables including service description, SLAs, packages, bundles, data sheets, pricing framework, etc.
- Enable scalable, repeatable service delivery aligned with product strategy
- Support onboarding of standardized models across affiliates and delivery teams

Executive Stakeholder & Performance Management

 

- Act as an execution interface with CPX leadership, partners, and key stakeholders
- Define and track program KPIs tied to business value, risk reduction, and time‑to‑market
- Prepare executive dashboards, board‑ready updates, and investment justification materials
- Mentor program managers and contribute to maturity of CPX program management practices

 

Qualifications:

Skills/Certifications (Technical & Non-Technical)

- Proven leadership of large‑scale, multi‑year technology and product programs
- Experience with Microsoft ecosystems, Azure platforms, and co‑development models
- Deep understanding of cybersecurity platforms, SOC operations, AI/ML systems, and cloud architectures
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Strong commercial and outcome‑driven mindset
- Certifications preferred: PgMP, PMP, SAFe SPC, Azure Architect, Security certifications

Minimum Work Experience

• 12–15 years of experience in program leadership, product delivery, or platform transformation roles

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or Business
• Master’s degree preferred
