Overview:
The Partner Programs & Ecosystem Manager will be responsible for designing and executing CPX’s partner program framework to attract, onboard, and manage a diverse portfolio of cybersecurity and technology partners. This role will focus on developing one-to-many partner engagement models – including program tiers, enablement pathways, incentives, and marketing support – to ensure partners are equipped and motivated to deliver high-value solutions to current and future customers.
Responsibilities:
Partner Program Design & Management
- Develop CPX’s partner program strategy, structure, including tiers, benefits, requirements, and incentives.
- Build standardized process for partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and performance management
- Create and maintain program documentation, playbooks, and partner portals.
Partner Recruitment & Onboarding
- Identify high-potential partners across cybersecurity, cloud, infrastructure, and complementary technology areas.
- Lead outreach, evaluation, and contractual onboarding processes.
- Collaborate with legal and procurement to ensure smooth partner onboarding.
Partner Enablement & Engagement
- Design and deliver enablement programs (training, certifications, toolkits) to accelerate partner readiness.
- Develop scalable communications (newsletters, webinars, podcasts, partner events) to engage the ecosystem
- Ensure partners understand CPX’s solutions, GTM strategy, and customer engagement processes.
Ecosystem Growth & Collaboration
- Build a balanced ecosystem of technology vendors, service providers, and channel partners to deliver integrated solutions.
- Collaborate with sales, technical, delivery and marketing teams to align partner capabilities with market opportunities.
- Facilitate partner-to-partner collaboration where it drives mutual value.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Define KPIs to measure partner program health and partner contribution to revenue and profit margin.
- Track and report on partner engagement, certification, pipeline, and customer success stories.
- Continuously refine program elements based on partner feedback and market trends.
Qualifications:
Experience - 5-8 years in partner programs, channel management, or ecosystem development, preferably in cybersecurity or enterprise technology.
Industry Knowledge - Strong understanding of the cybersecurity market, partner business models, and indirect sales motions.
Program Development - Proven experience designing and implementing scalable partner programs.
Relationship Skills - Ability to engage effectively with partners at multiple levels, from executives to technical teams.
Commercial Acumen - Familiarity with partner incentive models, deal registration processes, and sales enablement.
Technical Awareness - Understanding of cybersecurity solutions, cloud technologies, and integration models is an advantage.

Minimum Work Experience
- 6-8 years of experience in business development in Cybersecurity or Channel partnerships role in a Cybersecurity company
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or other Master’s degree or MBA an asset PMP an asset Preferred
