|
Digital campaign management
|
- Leads the awareness & acquisition efforts from digital campaigns via Programmatic Advertising, Paid Social and Paid Search and coordinates the work with the SEO & Ads Agency
- Leads organic social media execution in alignment with the content & GTM team
- Takes ownership and responsibility for the performance of web/landing pages and digital campaign elements, driving continuous optimization – through a number of digital tactics, ranging from SEO optimization efforts, running highly targeted campaigns towards specific accounts (ABM), and supporting the digital campaigns promoting major activities (e.g. events, webinars, etc.).

Website development & maintenance
|
- Works with the selected agency and internal stakeholders to work on the existing website or on a brand-new website making sure that our brand is positioned well
- Comes up with ideas and suggestions to increase the web traffic and executes them

Digital consultation for campaigns
|
- Provides consultation and serves as a resource on various campaign design and implementation strategies, including; digital customer journey design, segmentation, email marketing best practices, campaign logic, data source review, marketing campaign analysis and evaluation, lead management.
- Proactively questions and searches for insights on customer behavior aligned to customer journey marketing campaigns. Presents data-driven recommendations and strategies to team members and management based on findings and re-designs the digital customer journey where needed.

Performance monitoring & measurement
|
- Measures and optimizes conversion rates and campaign performance against KPIs
- Regularly reports the performance to relevant stakeholders
|
Marketing automation
|
- Understands the concept of marketing automation and digital customer journey design
- Has previous hands-on experience working with CRM tools
