Manager - Account Management & Business Development (Cross-Enterprise)

Overview:

This role is responsible for driving account growth and new business development across direct enterprise clients outside of strategic segments. The manager will own a portfolio of key enterprise accounts, working across multiple industries, and will be expected to lead customer engagement, relationship management, pipeline growth, and deal closure.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow a defined portfolio of enterprise clients across sectors (non-G42, non-CSC, non-government)
  • Lead end-to-end account planning, pipeline generation, opportunity qualification, and deal execution
  • Build senior relationships across client organizations, positioning CPX as a trusted cybersecurity advisor
  • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across CPX’s cybersecurity consulting, services, and managed offerings
  • Work closely with pre-sales, delivery, and alliances teams to build winning value propositions
  • Forecast accurately and maintain CRM hygiene in alignment with sales governance cadence
  • Track account health, renewals, and proactively mitigate risk of churn

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales or account management, preferably in cybersecurity, technology consulting, or managed services
  • Proven track record of growing accounts and closing large, complex deals
  • Strong business development mindset with excellent relationship-building skills
  • Ability to navigate complex organizations and influence senior decision-makers
  • Self-starter with strong commercial acumen and customer-first approach
  • Regional experience across UAE and wider Middle East
  • Background in cybersecurity or digital transformation
  • Understanding of working within or alongside government-related clients
