We are looking for a highly creative and strategically driven Event Lead Specialist to own the end-to-end conceptual development of high-impact events. 3. Cross-Functional Collaboration |
Work closely with the Head of Events and cross-functional teams (Sales, Cyber, Comms, Design) to co-develop integrated event concepts, support strategy sessions, contribute to creative briefings, and act as a key concept coordinator to ensure alignment across all stakeholders. |
4. Content & Agenda Curation |
Curate high-value content themes, session titles, and panel topics- Recommend and guide speaker selection and content structure- Ensure alignment with audience personas and industry relevance |
5. Event Branding & Experience Strategy |
Co-create visual identity briefs with creative/design teams- Ensure brand consistency and experiential coherence across event formats- Explore sensory design elements to elevate the event experience |
6. Innovation & Industry Trend Integration |
Stay well-informed of global B2B and experiential event trends- Introduce new formats, technologies, or content approaches to elevate impact- Benchmark and evolve the organization’s event design capabilities |
7. Event Success Planning & Debriefing |
Define measurable outcomes aligned with strategic intent- Develop post-event impact narratives and strategic learnings- Contribute to event retrospectives and future planning recommendations |
