The Opportunity

 

We are seeking a results-driven AI Infrastructure Senior Manager, Sales to spearhead our expansion into the U.S. market, driving revenue growth through the sale of cutting-edge AI infrastructure solutions. You will drive revenue growth through the sale of advanced infrastructure solutions that support artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven workloads. This role requires the ability to engage technical stakeholders on complex AI infrastructure needs, strong tactical planning, and a strong sales acumen to close high-value deals. As part of our dynamic team, you will work closely with enterprise customers, cloud partners, and internal technical teams to identify client needs, propose custom solutions, and close deals that enable AI at scale.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Generate New Business: Drive net new business by identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities related to AI infrastructure (GPUs, data center compute, storage, networking, MLOps platforms, etc.).
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their AI/ML needs, qualify opportunities, and design tailored infrastructure solutions that meet performance, scalability, and budget needs.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with technical decision-makers including CIOs, CTOs, ML/AI leaders, and infrastructure architects.
  • Customer Solutions: Consult with customers to understand their AI/ML challenges and design infrastructure solutions that meet performance, scalability, and budget requirements.
  • Collaboration and Sales Strategy: Partner with product and engineering teams to stay up-to-date on the latest offerings and tailor pitches accordingly.
  • Pipeline Management and Reporting: Build pipeline and forecast sales performance accurately using CRM tools.
  • Industry Thought Leadership: Present at industry events, webinars, and customer briefings to promote solutions and provide competitive market insights to help shape product roadmap and sales strategy.
  • Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with enterprise procurement and legal teams.

 

Required Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
  • 10+ years of total experience in B2B enterprise technology sales, particularly in AI/ML, HPC, cloud infrastructure, or data center solutions
  • Deep understanding of AI/ML workload requirements and the supporting compute/storage/networking ecosystem (e.g., NVIDIA GPUs, Kubernetes, TensorFlow/PyTorch).
  • Familiarity with hybrid and cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data lifecycle management tools.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles, navigating enterprise procurement and legal processes.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and driving new business in a competitive market.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence both technical and executive audiences.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and be hands-on in building solutions from scratch. This includes the ability to work directly with technical teams, manage challenges, and ensure practical, scalable solutions are developed in a fast-paced environment.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Selling into AI-intensive industries such as finance, healthcare, life sciences, or autonomous systems.
  • Knowledge of MLOps tools, data labeling platforms, and model lifecycle management.
  • Experience working with large hyperscalers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and top-tier technology companies is preferable but not essential.
  • Technical certifications or hands-on experience with AI or cloud infrastructure technologies.

 

Compensation & Benefits

 

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $ 167,050.00 in our lowest geographic market to $250,600.00 in our highest geographic market. The actual base salary will be determined by various factors, including the position’s location, job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and relevant education or training.

 

Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, such as merit-based salary increases, annual bonuses, and long-term incentive plans, which are contingent on individual and company performance. Additionally, some positions offer the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization targets.
