The opportunity
An experienced Project Manager, with previous exposure to GPU / Cloud deployments, data centre construction, or other digital and technology capital delivery projects. The role will require the individual to manage and deliver GPU deployments within the agreed programmes, meeting agreed time, cost, quality and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed GPU deployment project plans, schedules, resource plans, and budgets using Core42 standards and tools.
- Hold overall responsibility for the projects, including management in relation to technical aspects of the project (supply chain, engineering, operations, etc.).
- Management of the day‑to‑day delivery of technical project tasks: schedule updates, milestones, RAID log, change requests, and vendor engagement activities for the project.
- Coordinate the Core42 project teams (including responsible individuals across Sales/Offtake, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations functions) and supporting functions (Legal, Finance, Procurement, Compliance) for timely deliverables.
- Lead regular project ceremonies and status updates, providing accurate technical progress and forecast to the Regional Lead and PMO.
- Ensure adherence to security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements relevant to AI and sovereign cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex issues and to mitigate future risks.
- Own the inputs into the SteerCo reporting to support an informed decision making process.
- Plan and oversee the execution of testing and commissioning/handover to operations.
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to the improvement of templates, playbooks and accelerators for future deployments.
- Enable ways of working to support an environment of constant improvement.
What we’re looking for
- Relevant Experience: direct experience in data centres, GPU deployments in digital or technology roles, ideally with hands-on involvement in delivering impactful solutions, with circa 10 years plus experience; including at least 2 years of data centre and/or GPU experience.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with delivering end-to-end solutions across multiple technology domains, including SaaS platforms, e-commerce ecosystems, ERP systems, CRM systems, Digital assets and content management platforms, customer experience tools, marketing automation, data and analytics platforms, API integrations, Middleware, cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure), and enterprise systems.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, assess the impact of changes, and generate actionable insights.
- Detail Orientation: Strong focus on accuracy and precision when planning and executing change initiatives.
- Tech & Innovation Enthusiasm: Genuine interest in technology and innovation, with a commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications:
(a) Required skills / qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
- 10+ years of experience in project management, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
- direct experience in data centres, GPU deployments in digital or technology roles
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
(b) Preferred skills / qualifications
- Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM).
- Previous direct experience of GPU deployments
- In-depth knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and G42 Cloud.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
The U.S. base salary range for this full-time role is $152,000 to $225,000, with bonus, LTIP and benefits on top. Salary ranges are set according to the role, level, and location. The range listed on each job posting represents the minimum and maximum target salary for new hires across all U.S. locations. Actual pay within this range will depend on factors such as the specific work location, job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
