Manager - Product Marketing (AI Cloud), Core 42, Ireland (Remote)

We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager (AI Cloud) to own go-to-market for Core42’s AI Cloud—covering inference at scale, model serving/ops, and GPUaaS. You will translate our technical advantages (latency/SLA, price-performance/TCO, sovereignty and data residency) into adoption, pipeline, and revenue across priority regions (US, EMEA, UAE), partnering with Product, Solutions Engineering, Sales, Growth, and Brand/Comms.
This role reports to the Senior Product Marketing Manager and works closely with product leadership.
Responsibilities
- Market & Competitive Intelligence: Continuously monitor and analyze the AI cloud competitive landscape, including new entrants, pricing strategies, product features, and market positioning, to inform strategic GTM decisions
- Target Audience Definition: Deeply understand and segment our ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas, including their pain points, motivations, and decision-making processes, to tailor messaging and GTM strategies
- Positioning & Narrative: Define differentiated messaging that connects infra metrics (throughput, latency, availability, price-performance) and sovereignty controls to value for CXOs, architects, and procurement
- GTM & Launches: Own GTM strategy and execution for AI Cloud (ICPs, use cases, SKUs/offers, channels, calendar, success metrics). Design onboarding motions (credits/POCs/trials) to shorten time-to-first-value.
- Sales Plays & Enablement: Build plays, talk tracks, objection handling, competitive battlecards, and pitch materials; deliver ongoing enablement in partnership with Sales, Partners, and Engineering.
- Growth & Acquisition: Work closely with Brand, Growth/Ops, and Product teams to plan and run global digital acquisition campaigns (paid search/social/display, content syndication, webinars/events offers adhering to monthly CAC/ROI targets.
- Content & Proof: Produce solution briefs, web/landing copy, reference architectures, validation/benchmark reports, ROI/TCO tools, and demo storyboards with PM; drive high utilization by field and partners.
- Pricing & Packaging: Recommend plan structures and metering/billing levers; model ACV/GM impact; run controlled pricing/offer experiments with Growth and Finance.
- Regionalization & ABM: Provide regional playbooks (US/EMEA/UAE) with ABM hooks, event guidance, and localization requirements for technical buyers and procurement
- Ecosystem & Events: Shape narratives and proof for GITEX, GTC, SC, and vertical forums; co-market with silicon, ISVs, and SIs; secure joint validations, benchmarks, and references.
- Measurement: Create dashboards to track penetration, acquisition, adoption, and influence; instrument content and play utilization; report insights that improve pipeline and win rate.
- Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, Sales, and Product to align strategy and execution; support portfolio changes.
What we're looking for
- Experience: 7–10+ years in B2B product marketing (or adjacent), with 3+ years in AI/cloud infrastructure, HPC, or AI platforms. Proven track record of successful product launches, positioning and GTM executions - from insight to launch to postmortem
- Technical Fluency: Strong experience of GPU computing/acceleration and the ML lifecycle (data prep → training → fine-tuning → evaluation/monitoring → inference/model serving); familiarity with Kubernetes-based deployment patterns.
- GTM & Commercial: Familiar with GTM frameworks and product launch processes; comfortable with ROI/TCO modeling and pricing/packaging experiments.
- Communication: Strong portfolio of content creation and messaging; executive-caliber writing/presenting for technical and business audiences. You think in narratives, not just features and you’ve built or refined a messaging system, not just written landing pages.
- Tools: Proficient with analytics/visualization and reporting (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and common sales/marketing stacks.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize ruthlessly in fast-paced environments
