The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Product Marketing Manager (AI Cloud) to own go-to-market strategy for Core42’s AI Cloud, covering inference at scale, model serving/ops, and GPUaaS. You will translate Core42’s technical advantages (latency/SLA, price-performance/TCO, sovereignty and data residency) into adoption, pipeline, and revenue across priority regions including the US, EMEA, and UAE.

You will partner with Product, Solutions Engineering, Sales, Growth, and Brand/Comms teams to build differentiated messaging and GTM programs that position Core42 as the trusted provider for high-performance AI infrastructure. This role reports to the Senior Product Marketing Manager.


Your Key Responsibilities

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor and analyze the AI Cloud competitive landscape including pricing, features, new entrants, and positioning.

  • Provide insights to influence GTM decisions and strategic direction.

Target Audience Definition

  • Segment ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas.

  • Map pain points, motivations, and procurement journeys to tailored GTM strategies.

Positioning & Narrative

  • Define differentiated messaging connecting infrastructure metrics (throughput, latency, availability, price-performance) and sovereignty controls to business outcomes.

  • Tailor narratives for CXOs, architects, engineering leaders, and procurement.

GTM & Launches

  • Own GTM strategy and execution for AI Cloud (ICPs, use cases, SKUs/offers, channels, calendar, metrics).

  • Design onboarding motions (credits, POCs, trials) to accelerate time-to-first-value.

Sales Plays & Enablement

  • Build plays, talk tracks, objection handling, competitive battlecards, and pitch materials.

  • Deliver field enablement with Sales, Partners, and Engineering.

Growth & Acquisition

  • Partner with Brand, Growth/Ops, and Product to run global digital acquisition campaigns (search, social, display, syndication, webinars).

  • Ensure campaigns meet CAC/ROI targets.

Content & Proof

  • Produce solution briefs, landing copy, reference architectures, benchmark reports, ROI/TCO tools, and demo storyboards.

  • Drive high utilization across field teams and partners.

Pricing & Packaging

  • Recommend plan structures, billing levers, and packaging experiments.

  • Model ACV/GM impacts and run controlled pricing tests with Growth and Finance.

Regionalization & ABM

  • Deliver regional playbooks for US, EMEA, and UAE.

  • Provide localization guidance, ABM hooks, and event support.

Ecosystem & Events

  • Shape narratives and proof for GITEX, GTC, SC, and other vertical forums.

  • Co-market with silicon vendors, ISVs, and SIs.

  • Secure joint validations, benchmarks, and customer references.

Measurement

  • Create dashboards to track penetration, adoption, and influence.

  • Instrument content and play utilization; report insights to improve pipeline and win rates.

Collaboration

  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Growth, Sales, and Product to align strategy and execution.

  • Support portfolio changes and new product commercialization.


Required Skills / Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years in B2B product marketing or adjacent roles, including 3+ years in AI/cloud infrastructure, HPC, or AI platforms.

  • Proven track record of successful launches, positioning, and end-to-end GTM execution.

  • Strong technical fluency across GPU computing, ML lifecycle, and Kubernetes-based deployment patterns.

  • Familiarity with GTM frameworks, launch processes, and pricing/packaging experimentation.

  • Strong writing and messaging portfolio; executive-level communication skills.

  • Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI).

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize in fast-paced environments.


Compensation

U.S. Base Salary Range: 146,318 USD - 219,476 USD, with bonus, LTIP and benefits on top. Salary ranges are set according to the role, level, and location. The range listed on each job posting represents the minimum and maximum target salary for new hires across all U.S. locations. Actual pay within this range will depend on factors such as the specific work location, job-related skills, experience and relevant education or training.
