This role will be based in Dublin Ireland and will require travel to France.

The opportunity
An organised individual to support in the delivery of major GPU deployments. The Project Specialist will support Project Managers and Regional Project Management Leads to plan and deliver GPU infrastructure deployment within the global programme, ensuring projects are completed in line with agreed timeline, budget, quality, and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities

• Support the Project Manager to develop and maintain the detailed project plan, schedule, resource plan and budget using PMO standards and tools.
• Completion of day‑to‑day delivery assigned by the Project Manager, including but not limited to tasks, milestones, RAID log, change requests, and vendor activities for the project.
• Support with the coordination of Core42 technical teams (Sales/Offtake, Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations) and support functions (Legal, Finance, Procurement, Compliance) for timely deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements relevant to AI and sovereign cloud solutions.
• Support the Project Manager to plan and execute testing, and commissioning/handover to operations.
• Capture lessons learned and hold overall responsibility for feedback of lessons learnt from the project to the PMO leads to inform the improvement of templates, playbooks and accelerators for future deployments.
• Support with the development of reports and project deliverables to aid decision making and progress project delivery.
• Work in adherence to PMO templates, governance model and tools.
• Enable ways of working to support an environment of constant improvement.

What we’re looking for

• Relevant Experience: experience in project support and coordination roles, ideally with hands-on involvement in delivering impactful solutions, with circa 5 years and above experience including at least 2 years of data centre and/or GPU experience.

• Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data, assess the impact of changes, and generate actionable insights.
• Detail Orientation: Strong focus on accuracy and precision when planning and executing change initiatives and framing decisions.
• Tech & Innovation Enthusiasm: Genuine interest in technology and innovation, with a commitment to creating exceptional customer experiences.
• Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working across diverse teams and functional areas, fostering an inclusive and cooperative approach.

Qualifications:

(a) Required skills / qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

(b) Preferred skills / qualifications

• Previous experience of GPU deployments
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, including AWS, Azure, Google Cloud.
