The Opportunity

We are looking for a GTM Marketing Manager for Western Europe, based in Dublin, to support the regional expansion of our AI and cloud infrastructure platforms across priority European markets. 

This role is core to how we execute go-to-market activity in Western Europe. You will work closely with central Growth, Product Marketing, Brand, Commercial, and Partnerships teams to activate campaigns and field initiatives that support pipeline growth, customer adoption, and ecosystem engagement.

You will act as the regional marketing point of contact for Western Europe, ensuring global GTM priorities are executed effectively in-market. This role reports to the Global SVP Marketing & Communications.

This role will be based in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

• Activating global and regional go-to-market campaigns across Western Europe in alignment with established Brand, Growth and Product Marketing frameworks.
• Owning regional prioritization and execution planning for approved campaigns, launches, and field initiatives.
• Working closely with regional sales teams to support complex, multi-stakeholder opportunities and account-based motions.
• Supporting regional field initiatives including executive briefings, technical workshops, partner activations, and ecosystem events, in collaboration with the central Events team.
• Engaging with partners, ISVs, system integrators, research institutions, and developer communities to support ecosystem-led adoption.
• Supporting pipeline development and opportunity progression through coordinated GTM activation.
• Collaborating with Growth teams on campaign execution, performance tracking, and feedback.
• Working with Product Marketing to localize technical value propositions, deployment narratives, and use cases for regional audiences.
• Partnering with Communications and PR teams to support amplification of regional deployments, partnerships, and announcements.
• Leveraging market intelligence, account insights, and data enrichment outputs to inform regional prioritization, target account focus, and GTM execution.
• Providing structured feedback on regional performance, field signal, and market readiness.

Qualifications and Experience

• 6+ years of experience in B2B GTM, regional, or field marketing within infrastructure, cloud, AI, data platforms, or enterprise technology.
• Experience working closely with sales and partner teams in long-cycle, technically complex buying environments.
• Strong execution skills and comfort operating within defined GTM frameworks.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives across markets and stakeholders.
• Clear communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Willingness to travel across Western Europe.
• Experience with AI infrastructure, GPU platforms, inference workloads, or large-scale cloud deployments is considered a benefit.
