The Opportunity
We're seeking a strategic Product Marketing Director to drive our go-to-market strategy and market positioning. This role will be crucial in articulating our value proposition, developing compelling narratives around our technology, and accelerating market adoption and engagement on our cloud infrastructure solutions, with a focus on revenue growth through effective 360 campaigns and partnerships.
The candidate will use market intelligence, competitive analysis, and customer data to support product positioning, optimize launch strategies, and drive product growth. They’ll collaborate across brand, operations, and sales teams to ensure alignment on strategy and execution.
This role directly reports to the SVP, Marketing & Communication, and with cross-functional support given to product executive teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and lead the team defining product launch strategy and driving go-to-market plans that include effective messaging, positioning, and differentiation for the product narrative
- Create compelling narratives that resonate with technical decision-makers and C-level executives, curating high impact messaging, AI use cases/impact and core product themes and pillars aligned to customer value
- Deliver sales enablement and field support, including ongoing collaboration across the sales, partner, and engineering organizations to develop sales ready collateral to support new product announcements, content updates, portfolio changes and annual solution programs. Develop content that best resonates with customer value and drive to high utilization and value with global field and partner teams.
- Oversee high performance team of product marketing and market intelligence
- Craft clear, compelling value propositions for new and existing products and content including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and technical content
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform product marketing strategies, and contribute to developing product messaging and assets across all marketing channels (website, social media, GTM collaterals, etc.)
- Develop and refine go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new products, features, or market expansions.
- Collaborate with product managers to align product positioning with market needs.
- Support go-to-market strategies by developing sales enablement materials such as product brochures, presentations, and FAQs.
- Work with Demand Generation to create targeted campaigns and programs
- Create dashboards and reports to track KPIs such as market penetration, customer acquisition, and product adoption.
- Identify growth opportunities through analysis of customer segments, buyer behavior, and market gaps.
- Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to refine messaging and identify new opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- 8+ years of B2B technology marketing experience, with 3+ years in cloud infrastructure or enterprise software
- Understanding of GPU computing and acceleration technologies
- 4+ years direct people management experience (or virtual teams).
- Proven track record of successful product launches and marketing campaigns
- Strong portfolio of content creation and messaging development
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or related field
- Familiarity with GTM frameworks and product launch processes.
- Proficient in data visualization and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $ 183,750 in our lowest geographic market to $ $306,250 in our highest geographic market. The actual base salary will be determined by various factors, including the position’s location, job-related skills, knowledge, experience, and relevant education or training.
Certain roles are eligible for additional rewards, such as merit-based salary increases, annual bonuses, and long-term incentive plans, which are contingent on individual and company performance. Additionally, some positions offer the opportunity to earn sales incentives based on revenue or utilization targets.
