The role is responsible for the day-to-day banking matters, such as dealing with banks to support operational needs of the business as well as handling the requirements from banks for the maintenance of company’s bank accounts.The treasury specialist will support the overall delivery of the Treasury function from a cash & bank management point, banking operations and trade finance areas. 

Responsabilities:

•          Prepare and communicate treasury reports – cash balances report, daily banking activity reports
•        Assist with bank account management, like KYC, compliance forms, online banking, etc
•        Manage and respond to the day-to-day queries on bank accounts with both internal teams as well with the banks
•        Assist with the documentation needs for opening new bank accounts
•        Assist the business with Bid bonds/Performance bonds& guarantees required to be issued by banks.
•        Maintain list of all bonds & guarantees, monitor expiry dates to cancel or renew as business needs.
•        Monitor the corporate credit cards statements and reconciliations.
•        Organize and maintain record of all banking documents, loan agreements, copies of trade instruments issued, and keep them up to date.
•        Assist Treasury Director in compiling data required for cashflow forecasts.
•        Assist Treasury Director with ad hoc request/projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business or finance
• Treasury certification desirable
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Treasury role in a large company
• Strong attention to detai
• Advance computer skills and mathematical skillds
• Ability to adhere to strict deadlines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
