The opportunity

Looking for a hands-on “Senior Manager – Technical Delivery” with deep expertise across infrastructure, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, and application delivery. The candidate must be able to review designs, validate architecture, challenge engineering decisions, and directly troubleshoot complex issues while leading multi-domain delivery. This role demands end-to-end ownership of enterprise IT systems across Cloud, Data Center, Security, Networks, and Applications. 

Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities 

Infrastructure & Cloud Delivery

  • Lead enterprise-scale data center & hybrid cloud deployments (Azure, AWS, GCP).
  • Extensive experience with VMware ESXi, vCenter, vSphere clusters, NSX, vSAN.
  • Strong background in Windows/Linux server administration, patching, hardening, and performance tuning.
  • Manage enterprise storage & backup ecosystems with emphasis on Commvault, NetApp, EMC, Pure Storage, replication, snapshots, and disaster recovery orchestration.

Network Infrastructure

  • Lead enterprise network architecture and operations – LAN/WAN, VPNs, SD-WAN, MPLS.
  • Expertise in Cisco/Juniper/Arista switching and routing with protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
  • Deep hands-on knowledge of firewall administration – Fortinet (FortiGate), Cisco ASA/Firepower, Palo Alto.
  • Experience with load balancers, reverse proxies, and advanced monitoring (packet capture, traffic analysis, NetFlow/SNMP, etc.).

Cybersecurity & Compliance

  • End-to-end management of enterprise security stack including hand-on on below listed technology:
  • NAC (Network Access Control) for secure endpoint access.
  • Vulnerability Assessment (VA) tools and remediation planning.
  • Threat Intelligence Platforms (TIP) integration with SIEM/SOC.
  • HSM (Hardware Security Modules) and KMS (Key Management Systems) for encryption & PKI.
  • File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) solutions for compliance and forensic readiness.
  • Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR) capabilities for security investigations.
  • Hands-on leadership of SIEM, EDR/XDR, IDS/IPS, PAM, and SOC operations.
  • Ensure alignment with frameworks: ISO 27001, NIST CSF, CIS Benchmarks, GDPR

Application, Testing & Release Management

  • Drive end-to-end application lifecycle – from dev oversight to automated testing and deployment.
  • Implement CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps.
  • Ensure release governance, rollback procedures, and zero-downtime deployment strategies.
  • Oversee functional, regression, and performance testing automation

ITSM & Service Delivery

  • Implement ITIL processes for Incident, Problem, Change, and Release Management.
  • Manage ITSM platforms like ServiceNow, Remedy, Jira Service Management.
  • Define and enforce SLAs, KPIs, escalation procedures, and operational runbooks

Project & Delivery Management

  • Lead multi-domain IT transformation programs – Cloud migrations, DC consolidations, Cybersecurity rollouts.
  • Review HLD/LLD (High/Low-Level Designs) and ensure technical sign-off.
  • Manage multi-vendor ecosystems, ensuring compliance and SLA adherence.
  • Execute capacity planning, monitoring, cost optimization, and lifecycle management
  • Ensure On time Delivery & Customer Satisfaction

Qualifications:

Your key responsibilities 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Advanced technical certifications strongly preferred
    • 15+ years in IT Infrastructure, Cybersecurity & Delivery, with 7+ years in senior leadership.
    • Proven ability to deep dive into network, server, storage, cloud, and security troubleshooting.
    • Hands-on mastery in at least 5+ areas:
      • VMware stack (vCenter, ESXi, NSX, vSAN)
      • Storage & Backup (Commvault, NetApp, EMC, Pure, Veeam, NetBackup)
      • Networking (Cisco/Juniper, Fortinet firewalls, load balancers, SD-WAN)
      • Cybersecurity stack (NAC, VA, TIP, HSM, KMS, PAM, FIM, Digital Forensics)
      • Cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP)
      • Application lifecycle & CI/CD
      • ITSM & Release Management
  • 12+ Years of Experience in Enterprises, Leading technical delivery of large digital transformation projects, Technical Architect, Solution Architect.
  • 2+ years’ experience working in the technical architect role in a Digital Transformation Program
  • Excellent level of verbal and written (Arabic Preffered)
  • Arabic & English communication skills
  • Must be hands on with technologies required for this position.
  • Must be well versed in Project Management Frameworks.
  • Expertise in launching new/handling existing services and products, IT governance, delivery and operations.
