The Opportunity
As a key member of the Ethics & Compliance leadership team, the Senior Manager, Ethics & Compliance will be responsible for developing and delivering a robust ethics and investigations strategy across Core42. This role plays a vital part in embedding integrity into Core42’s business practices and culture, and in driving enterprise-wide initiatives that reinforce ethical leadership, compliance, and risk mitigation. You will lead the design and execution of a best-in-class ethics programme including internal investigations, Code of Conduct governance, and the enhancement of a speak-up culture.
Your Key Responsibilities

Ethics & Integrity Programme: Implement and evolve the company-wide ethics strategy aligned with Core42’s mission, values, and risk environment.

Ethical Advisory: Act as a trusted adviser to business leaders on ethical dilemmas, conflicts of interest, and reputational matters.

Code of Conduct: Manage the lifecycle of the Code of Conduct and associated standards, ensuring accessibility and relevance.

Investigations Oversight: Lead Core42’s global case management strategy, oversee triage and investigation protocols, and ensure fair, thorough, and timely resolution of ethics concerns.

Speak-Up Governance: Promote and manage a strong whistleblowing programme, ensuring confidentiality, non-retaliation, and reporting mechanisms.

Training & Awareness: Develop engaging training and awareness campaigns to foster ethical understanding and behavioural change.

Data & Reporting: Track and report programme KPIs, investigation outcomes, and cultural trends to senior leadership and relevant stakeholders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Legal, HR, Security, and Risk teams to drive alignment in compliance-related matters.

Technology & Tools: Support the use of case management and analytics platforms to increase transparency and efficiency.

Regulatory & Cultural Insights: Monitor and communicate emerging risks, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
What We’re Looking For
(a) Required Skills / Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree in Law, Compliance, or a related discipline preferred.

12+ years of experience in ethics & compliance, internal investigations, or similar fields.

At least 3 years of experience in a leadership or management role.

Deep understanding of compliance frameworks, organisational culture, and ethical risk management.

Proven track record in advising senior leadership and managing cross-functional programmes.
(b) Preferred Skills / Qualifications

Legal qualification or background is an advantage.

Experience working in regulated, multinational, or high-growth tech or infrastructure sectors.

Skilled in managing enterprise case management systems and conducting root cause analysis.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage at all levels.
