The Opportunity

The Product Marketing Manager for Cloud Platforms will lead the go-to-market strategy for Core42’s Sovereign Cloud platform and Cloud Delivery Services across private cloud, sovereign public cloud, and Cloud & AI services. You will translate Core42’s core differentiation—sovereignty, data residency, compliance, performance, and hybrid flexibility—into pipeline growth, market adoption, and revenue impact within key industries, including Government, BFSI, Healthcare, and Energy.

You will partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, Growth, and Brand/Comms teams to ensure Core42’s Sovereign Cloud portfolio is positioned as the trusted foundation for secure digital transformation. This role reports to the Senior Product Marketing Manager.


Your Key Responsibilities

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor the sovereign cloud market, hyperscalers, regional players, and industry trends.

  • Identify competitive differentiators related to data sovereignty, compliance frameworks, and hybrid interoperability.

  • Provide actionable insights to guide roadmap decisions, pricing, and GTM strategy.

Target Audience Definition

  • Define and segment ideal customer profiles (ICPs) and buyer personas.

  • Map industry-specific pain points across regulated sectors to messaging pillars.

Positioning & Narrative

  • Craft differentiated storytelling around sovereignty, security, scalability, and business outcomes.

  • Build messaging frameworks for technical, procurement, and executive-level personas.

  • Align messaging across Product, Sales, Engineering, and field teams.

GTM & Launches

  • Co-develop the GTM strategy for the Sovereign Public Cloud with internal stakeholders.

  • Own GTM planning and execution for Sovereign Cloud and Cloud Delivery Services.

Sales Plays & Enablement

  • Build sales collateral including pitch decks, brochures, competitive battlecards, and objection-handling guides.

  • Deliver training and enablement sessions for Sales and partner teams.

Growth & Acquisition

  • Collaborate with Brand, Growth/Ops, and Product to plan and execute digital acquisition campaigns (paid search, social, display, webinars, and content syndication).

  • Support CAC and ROI optimization across channels.

Content & Proof

  • Produce solution briefs, whitepapers, landing pages, reference architectures, customer-facing blogs, and demo scripts.

  • Support customer validation programs, benchmark studies, and success story creation.

Regionalization & ABM

  • Create a Sovereign Cloud GTM playbook aligned to regional needs.

  • Support ABM initiatives with tailored messaging and content for priority accounts in regulated sectors.

Ecosystem & Events

  • Shape narratives and proof points for major industry events including GITEX, IDC, and GISEC.

  • Drive co-marketing with partners and secure joint validations, benchmarks, and references.

Measurement

  • Develop dashboards to track acquisition, adoption, market influence, and content utilization.

  • Provide insights that improve win rates, pipeline health, and GTM effectiveness.


Required Skills / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 7–10+ years of B2B product marketing experience, including at least 3 years in cloud infrastructure.

  • Proven track record of launching and scaling cloud platforms across regions.

  • Strong understanding of sovereign cloud, data residency, compliance, and security requirements.

  • Demonstrated ability to craft executive-ready messaging and build structured messaging systems.

  • Proficiency with analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau) and common sales/marketing technology stacks.

  • Ability to operate independently and prioritize effectively in fast-paced environments.


Preferred Skills / Qualifications

  • Experience supporting cloud GTM motions in regulated industries.

  • Familiarity with hybrid cloud architectures, cloud delivery models, and cloud economics.

  • Strong ability to simplify technical concepts for both technical and business audiences.


Compensation

The U.S. base salary range for this full-time role is 146,318 to 219,476 USD per year, with bonus, LTIP, and benefits on top. Salary ranges are set according to the role, level, and location. The range listed represents the minimum and maximum target salary for new hires across all U.S. locations. Actual pay within this range will depend on factors such as specific work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
